Abstract

ABSTRACT The objective of this research to identify the relationship between religiosity and balance emotional, years of experience aimed to identify differences in religiosity and some demographic variables (gender, age, marital status), the researcher used the descriptive method Relational been selected sample way simple random and that size was (76) of them (21) males and (55) females. The researcher used the measurements of religiosity and emotional equilibrium, the following equations were used to process the data statistically: T-test to the average one community. The t-test for independent groups and Mann Whitney test for two samples. The Pearson correlation coefficient Azmi. The researcher then reached the following results: 1. General characteristic of religiosity of the psychological in Khartoum state is characterized hight. 2.There is correlation statistically significant Postive correlation between religiosity and emotional balance of psychological in Khartoum state. 3. No correlation was statistically significant correlation between religiosity and years worker of the psychological in Khartoum state. 4. No statistically significant differences in religiosity on the variable type (male - female). to the psychological in Khartoum state 5. No statistically significant differences in religiosity in Khartoum state on the variable marital status. 6. There is statistically significant differences in religiosity of the psychological in Khartoum state on the variable age. Finally, the researcher developed the recommendations and proposals for future studies.
