دور الإعلام فى معالجة الأزمات الإقليمية دراسة حالة أزمة حلايب (2011 - 2021م)

Abstract

المستخلص هدف هذا البحث دور الإعلام في معالجة الأزمات الإقليمية ، دراسة حالة أزمة حلايب(2011م – 2021م) وتمثلت مشكلة البحث في السؤال الرئيسي ما هي التدابير الواجب اتخاذها تجاه الإعلام لكي يلعب دوراً مهماً إيجابياً في معالجة أزمة حلايب ومن هناء تأتي عدة أسئلة أهها كيف يعالج الإعلام الأزمات الإقليمية (أزمة حلايب) وما دور الإعلام علي تصعيد أزمة حلايب ؟ زما الآثار الناتجة من تصعيد أزمة حلايب ؟ وما دور دول الاقليم في حل هذه الأزمة ونبعت أهمية البحث في توضيح أسباب الأزمة وإمكانية إيجاد الحلول لتلاقي تطورها. واستخدم الباحث الاستبانة كأداة للبحث بالإضافة للمقابلات واستخدام الباحث برنامج الحزم الاحصائية ( Spss) في تحليل البيانات وهدف البحث للتعرف علي دور الإعلام في معالجة الأزمات الإقليمية خاصة أزمة حلايب وتسليط الضوء عليها والجهود المبذولة لاحتوائها حيث يفترض الباحث وجود دور سالب للإعلام في تصعيد أزمة حلايب واستخدم الباحث المنهج التاريخي والمنهج التحليلي ومنهج دراسة الحالة والمنهج القانوني بين السودان ومصر وعدم ترسيمها ومراقبتها ساعد علي تطور أزمة حلايب، واوصي الباحث بتوجيه وسائل الإعلام السودانية بالتركيز علي منطقة حلايب وأوصي الباحث بتوجيه وسائل الإعلام السودانية بالتركيز علي منطقة حلايب حتي يعرف الجيل الناشئ بأنها جزء لا يتجزأ من أرض السودان والرجوع الي الترسيم الواضح للحدود بين السودان ومصر حسب اتفاقية عام 1899م وحسب الخرائط المعتمدة لدي الأمم المتحدة وضرورة التشديد في المراقبة الحدودية بين السودان ومصر.

The aim of this research is the role of the media in addressing regional crises, a case study of the Halayeb crisis (2011 AD - 2021 AD). What is the role of the countries of the region in resolving this crisis? The importance of research stems from clarifying the causes of the crisis and the possibility of finding solutions to meet its development. The researcher used the questionnaire as a research tool in addition to the interviews, and the researcher used the statistical package program (Spss) in analyzing the data. The aim of the research was to identify the role of the media in addressing regional crises, especially the Halayeb crisis, highlighting it and the efforts made to contain it. The researcher assumes a negative role for the media in escalating the Halayeb crisis, and the researcher used The historical approach, the analytical approach, the case study approach, and the legal approach between Sudan and Egypt and its lack of demarcation and monitoring helped the development of the Halayeb crisis. The researcher recommended directing the Sudanese media to focus on the Halayeb region.
