أثر تنمية الموارد البشرية على التنمية الاقتصادية في الســـودان "2007-2017م

Abstract

المستخلص تناولت الدراسة موضوع أثر تنمية الموارد البشرية على التنمية الاقتصادية في السودان وهي واحده من أهم مشكلات فشل التنمية ضعف القدرات البشرية وغياب الجهاز الإداري الكف ،الأمر يشكل عائق أساسي أمام خطط التنمية ، لذلك أن نجاح عملية التنمية الاقتصادية يعتمد على العنصر البشري ،وتتمثل مشكلة البحث في الاجاية على ماهي الصعوبات ذات التأثير على تنمية وتطوير أداء الموارد البشرية وكيفية استخدام الموارد البشرية بشكل أمثل والاستفادة منها في تحقيق التنمية الاقتصادية وهدفت الدراسة الى معرفة العلاقة بين التنمية البشرية والتنمية الاقتصادية وإبراز أهمية التدريب في تطوير وتنمية الموارد البشرية والتنمية الاقتصادية ، وخرجت الدراسة على عدة فروض أهمها ثؤثر تنمية الموارد البشرية على التنمية الاقتصادية أن التعلين والتدريب يساهم بصورة فعالة في التنمية، واستخدمنا المنهج الوصفي التحليلي الموضوعي للدراسة ، والمصادر الثانوية من التقارير واوراق العمل ،لنخرج بنتائج وحلول أهمها أن هنالك تأثير إيجابي كلما زادت نسبة الموارد البشرية زادت التنمية الاقتصادية وتطبيق الوسائل الحديثة للتدريب تؤدي الى تنمية الموارد البشرية ،وأهم التوصيات الاهتمام بالتنمية حتى تكون هنالك تنمية اقتصادية شاملة وزيادة فرص التدريب.
