Abstract

مستخلص أنظمة السجلات الطبية الإلكترونية (Electronic Medical Record -EMR) من النظم التي لديها المقدرة لتحقيق منافع ضخمة للمرضى والتي تستخدم وجاري العمل بها في جميع أنحاء العالم المتقدم. تبادل المعلومات الطبية الكترونيا وتخزينها يمكن سرعة الاتصال وتقليل الأخطاء العددية ومساعدة الأطباء في التشخيص والعلاج ومراجعة الحسابات ومع ذلك فأن زيادة امكانية الوصول للبيانات من خلال نظم السجلات الالكترونية قد يتسبب في مخاطر جديدة على خصوصية وأمن السجلات الطبية .أيضاً سجل الكتروني واحصاءات دقيقة توفر التمويل الدولي من المتاحين الخارجين والمنظمات العالمية الانسانية. ويهدف المشروع لتطوير نظام السجل الالكتروني لمرضى المايستوما بمستشفى سوبا الجامعي . استخدم البحث أسلوب علاقة الكينونات في تطوير ونمذجة النظام واستخدم لغة visual Basic و C# و SQL Server ومن أهم النتائج توفير سجل طبي إلكتروني لمرضى المايستوما وتقليل الوقت وتوفير التمويل . وتوصي الدراسة بتطوير تطبيق Android لمرضى المايستوما - كما توصي بتوفير منصة الكترونية للسجل الطبي الالكتروني - وبناء قاعدة بيانات للسجل الطبي الالكتروني – وتطوير منظومة شاملة للسجل الطبي الالكتروني ويتركز مشروع الدراسة علي معلومات المرضى الطبية التي حفظت بواسطة السجلات الطبية على هيئة إستمارات وسوف يتم االتطبيق على وحدة معينة في مستشفى سوبا الجامعي كوحدة او مركز ابحاث المايستوما اوالمادورا أو النبت الفطري (Mycetoma).

Abstract Electronic medical record (EMR) systems have the potential to bring huge benefits to patients and are being implemented in health systems across the developed world. Storing and sharing health information electronically can speed up clinical communication, reduce the number of errors, and assist doctors in diagnosis and treatment. Patients can have more control of their own healthcare. Electronic data also have vast potential to improve the quality of healthcare audit and research. However, increasing access to data through. EMR systems also bring new risks to the privacy and security of health records. Also has an electronic record and accurate statistics that provide international funding from outsiders and international humanitarian organizations. The project aims to develop the e-registration system for patients with Mycetoma at Soba University Hospital The study used the relationship of the entities in the development and modeling of the system and used the language of Visual Basic, C # and SQL Server. The most important results are the provision of electronic medical record for patients with Mycetoma , reduce time and provide funding. The study recommends developing an Android application for patients with Mycetoma. It also recommends providing an electronic platform for the electronic medical record - building a database for the electronic medical record - and developing a comprehensive electronic medical record system

The Medical Information about the patient should be saved by (Electronic Medical Record -EMR), the information form, now my project is focus on a certain unit at Soba University Hospital which are (Mycetoma).
