دراسة تطبيقات تقنية النانو تكنولوجي في مجال الإلكترونيات

Abstract

مستخلص:

في هذه الدراسة يتناول الباحث تكنولوجيا النانو من خلال البحث التاريخي عن بدايات ظهور وتطور هذا العلم، ومن خلال التعرف على التطبيقات التي تتيحها هذه التقنية في الحاضر وفي المستقبل، وإلى أي مدى يمكن توظيف هندسة النانو، وماهي التأثيرات التي ستجلبها هذه التقنية في حياة الناس ؟

وتم تقسيم البحث إلى أربعة فصول، إضافة إلى النتائج والتوصيات؛ تناول الفصل الأول الإطار العام للدراسة، وتطرق الفصل الثاني الإطار النظري والدراسات السابقة، ثم الفصل الثالث الذي يتحدث عن تطبيقات النانو تكنولوجي. وتحدث الفصل الرابع عن المكونات الإلكترونية النانوية من حيث التصميم وآلية عملها، ومناقشة ذلك.

وكان من النتائج التي توصلت إليها الدراسة ضمن الفصل الخامس أن تطبيقات النانو هي التي سوف تسود في المستقبل، وأنها ستمكن من إنتاج أجهزة إلكترونية بالغة الصغر، فائقة الأداء، ورخيصة الثمن.

ومن التوصيات التي ترى الدراسة أهمية الأخذ بها أن على دولتنا (السودان) أن تبادر إلى هذا الحقل المعرفي، وإلى تعبيد الطريق لمراكز البحوث والجامعات.

Abstract:

This study handles the Nanotechnology through a historical search on the beginning of the Nanotechnology science and its development. An Investigation made of the Technology provided by the Applications of the nanotechnology at the present and in future; And to what extend can we utilize the Nano Engineering, And what are the impact of this technology on the life and living The study is divided into Five Chapters, In addition to the Results and Recommendations. Chapter One is a general framework of the study. Chapter Two is a theoretical framework and literature review. The third Chapter demonstrates the Applications of Nanotechnology as the Fourth Chapter reveals the Components of Nano Electronics in terms of design and mechanism of their works. The Results in Chapter Five shows that the Applications of Nanotechnology will be dominant in the coming Future and it will enable to produce very small, high performance and cheap Electronic devices. Finally the study Recommends that the Sudanese Government should give more attention to the Applications of Nanotechnology and promote them in Universities and Research Centres
