أثر سعر الصرف على ميزان المدفوعات في السودان خلال الفترة من 2010 – 2015م

مستخلص الدراسة

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على أهمية سعر الصرف وتعريفه وأنظمته ومن ثم التأثر الذي يتركه على ميزان المدفوعات، وقد اعتمد الباحث في عرضه لمعلومات على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي للتوصيل إلى النتائج معتمدا في ذلك على مصادر ثانوية تمثلت في الكتب والمراجع والتقارير والنشرات الدورية وتأتي أهمية هذه الدراسة نظرا لأهمية سياسات سعر الصرف في الفترة الحالية فترة الدراسة وعلاقتها بالتحليل الاقتصادي والمالي في هذه الفترة ومن ثم محاولة الوصول إلى الملائم من هذه السياسات بما يتناسب والتحولات في أداء الاقتصاد السوداني . وتوصلت الدراسة على عدد من النتائج أهمها يعتمد السودان فيما يختص بالتبادل التجاري على العالم الخارجي وذلك لعدم اهتمام الدولة بالصادرات السودانية وتنميتها وتطويرها. وأوصت الدراسة بالعمل على استقرار سعر الصرف وتوفير العملة الصعبة وذلك عن طريق تشجيع رأس المال الأجنبي للاستثمار في السودان. وكذلك أوصت بتشجيع الإنتاج لمعالجة الاختلال في ميزان المدفوعات عن طريق زيادة الصادرات وتقليل الواردات ما أمكن.

Abstract

Summarization of the study on The Exchange Rates. The study identifies the importance of theories of the exchange rates and the impact it has on the national budgeting. The resources included in this study is mainly based on economical books and related reports which are all revolves around the policies taken on the exchange rates and their financial and economical analysis on the current period of the market, furthermore it also explains the right policies taken to better the Sudanese economical state . The study concludes some important aspects of how Sudan depends on the economical exchange with the rest of the trading world; on the other hand they should be focusing on encouraging the development of the import and export trade in the country. Following the findings of the research the country should work on stabilizing the exchange rates by providing more hard currency in the market, safe enjoinment and lean policies to aid in bringing more opportunities of foreign investment projects in the country. Lastly in my opinion to tackle the problem of stabilizing the exchange rates and largely the economical state of the country, the government should encourage the production forces and the importing and exporting process locally.
