الأحاديث التى حكم عليها ابن أبي العز الحنفي في شرحه على الطحاوية مما استدل به في مسائل الإعتقاد

Abstract

المستخلص هدفت الدراسة إلى معرفة وجمع الأحاديث التى أنتقدها ابن أبي العز الحنفي في شرحه على الطحاوية مما استدل به على مسائل الاعتقاد، وبيان ما يتعلق بهذه الأحاديث من مسائل وأمور عقدية، وهي الأحاديث التى تناولت أكثر أهل الجنة من البُله والصلاة خلف كل برٍ وفاجر وزيادة الإيمان ونقصانه، والتفاضل بين الأنبياء، وحديث الخلة وحديث فضائل الصحابة بجانب الكشف عن مكانة وإمامة ابن أبى العز الحنفى وأهمية شرح الطحاوية.واستخدم الباحث المنهج الاستقرائي التحليلي. وتمثلت مشكلة البحث في أن شرح الإمام ابن أبي العز الحنفي على الطحاوية قد حوى بعض الأحاديث التى ذكرها وانتقد نسبتها إلى النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم، وما يرتبط بها من مسائل قد تكون غير صحيحة. وقد توصل الباحث إلى عدة نتائج منها: أن جملة الأحاديث التى انتقدها ابن أبى العز الحنفى رحمه الله في شرحه على الطحاوية ستة أحاديث، وهذه الأحاديث في مجملها ضعيفة الإسناد ثلاثة منها ضعيفة، وحديثان موضوعان، وحديث لا أصل له. ومن خلال النتائج توصل الباحث إلى عدة توصيات منها: ضرورة دراسة شرح ابن أبي العز الحنفي رحمه الله على الطحاوية واستخراج المسائل التى ناقشها لدراستها مثل: موقفه من أهل البدع وموقفه من العقل وغيرها من العناوين التى تحتاج إلى دراسة.

Abstract The study aimed to know and compile the hadiths that Ibn Abi Al-Ezz Al-Hanafi gave in his commentary on Al-Tahawiyah, which was inferred by matters of belief Explaining what is related to these hadiths of doctrinal matters and matters, which are the hadiths that dealt with most of the people of Paradise from God and praying behind every righteous and immoral, and the increase and decrease of faith, These are the hadiths that dealt with most of the people of Paradise from God and prayer behind every righteousness and immorality, the increase and decrease in faith, the differentiation between the prophets, the hadith of the traitorous family and the hadith of the virtues of the Companions in addition to revealing the status and imamate of Ibn Abi Al-Aznafi and the importance of explaining Al-Tahawiyah. The researcher used the inductive analytical method. The research problem was that Imam Ibn Abi Al-Ezz Al-Hanafi’s commentary by Al-Tahawiya revived some of the hadiths he mentioned and criticized their attribution to the Prophet, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, and what issues with them may be incorrect. waqad tawasal albahith 'iilaa edt natayij minha: 'ana jumlat al'ahadith alta aintaqadaha abn 'abaa aleazu alhunfaa rahimah allah fi sharhih ealaa altuhawiat stt 'ahadayth, wahadhih al'ahadith fi mujmaliha daeifat al'iisnad thlatht minha daeifatun, wahadithan mawduean, wahadith la 'aslu lah. The researcher has reached several conclusions, including: that the total hadiths that Ibn Abi Al-Ezz Al-Hanafi, may God have mercy on him, criticized in his explanation of Al-Tahawiyah are six hadiths, and these hadiths in their entirety are weak in chain of transmission, three of which are weak, two hadiths, and a hadith that has no basis. wamin khilal alnatayij tawasal albahith 'iilaa edt tawsiat minha: darurat dirasat sharah abn 'abi aleazi alhanfii rahimah allah ealaa altahawiat waistikhraj almasayil alta naqishaha lidirasatiha mthl: mawqifih min 'ahl albade wamawqifih min aleaql waghiruha min aleanawin alta tahtaj 'iilaa dirasat. Through the results, the researcher reached several recommendations, including: the necessity of studying Ibn Abi Al-Ezz Al-Hanafi's explanation, may God have mercy on him, on Al-Tahawiya, and extracting the issues discussed by him for study, such as: his position on the people of innovation and his position on the mind and other topics that need to be studied.
