dc.description.abstractAbstract : This research aims to shed light on one of the issues raised, is currently e-learning and the use of ICT in the educational process, and through the use of electronic systems in the Department of Student Affairs (Almrgnehia schools), through the work of the database include data on students, teachers and parents things and work on the ease of communication with them through modern techniques and benefit from the information revolution in many educational institutions in order to make education available at all times and places without restriction. This system provides many advantages and flexibility by supporting and facilitating access to information in several pictures, help to support decision making in student affairs and other benefits. Researcher dealt with some issues of e-learning in some detail, by throwing light on the definition and concept of e-learning, the importance and benefits of e-school, the benefits of using e-learning and its components, and the types and sources of data as well as the fundamentals and the reasons for failure and success of the e-school, use the data for school management and teachers, students and parents things in some detail all parts of the system until the minimum units to access it and then design the system and include all the designs that willen_US
