تقييم الإستثمار في الأوراق المالية في السودان (دراسة حالة سوق الخرطوم للأوراق المالية 2010 – 2016م)

Abstract

مستخلص الدراسة يستهدف البحث تقييم أثر الاستثمار في الأوراق المالية بالتطبيق على سوق الخرطوم للأوراق المالية خلال الفترة (2010-2016م). تتمثل مشكلة البحث في أن ما هو دور الأسواق المالية في جذب رؤوس الأموال الفائضة وغير الموظفة في الاقتصاد. هذا بالاضافة إلي مدي اسهام الصناديق الاستثمارية في تفعيل وتنشيط حجم التداول. تم وضع عدد من الفرضيات منها أن الأسواق المالية لها دور إيجابي في جذب رأس المال الفائض غير الموظف في الاقتصاد القومي وأن الصناديق الاستثمارية تسهم في تنشيط حجم التداول. تم استخدام منهج التحليل الوصفي لتحليل الظاهرة محل الدراسة وتوصلت الدراسة إلي عدد من النتائج من أهمها أن الاستثمار في الأوراق المالية يتيح للمستثمرين حيارات متعددة منها ما يتعلق يالاوراق المالية ومن ميزاتها سهولة بيعها وأن سوق الخرطوم للأوراق المالية يسهم في التنمية الاقتصادية من خلال عوائد تداول أسهم القطاعات الاقتصادية المختلفة. يوصي البحث بضرورة تعميق مفهوم الوعي الادخاري والاستثماري للجمهور بنشره عن طريق الندوات والسمنارات للشركات ورجال الاعمال. Abstract The study targets an assessment of the impacts of investment in Khartoum Stock Exchange Market during the period of (2010-2016). The research problem is represented at studying the role of stock markets in drawing excess and unemployed capitals in a national market. In addition, the study also targets to assessing the range of the role the investment funds play in activation and motivation of exchange rates in the secondary markets. A number of hypotheses were employed to contribute to the economic theory, e.g., stock markets have positive roles in drawing excess and unemployed capitals in the national economy and that investment funds can promote activation of the volume of exchange rates in capital markets. Descriptive analysis was used for the study which has reached some conclusions as the investment in stocks and bonds give investors many options concerning stocks e.g., it is easy to sell and that KSE contributes in economic development though revenues generated by the different economic secors stocks. The research recommends that it is necessary to deepen the conceptions of savings and investment for the public and companies, businessmen though seminars and meetings.
