Abstract

ABSTRACT This study is mostly concerned with the peaceful co- existence between this large population comprising of people from different races and different religious sects living in a political tranquility for the peace of the Nation Thailand. Therefore the researcher in this study has focused on the strategic political relationship and co-existence between these different tribes and ethnic groups in Thailand. The study comprises of four chapters. Chapter1:- discusses the understanding of political co-existence in the Western point of view, the Islamic point of view as well as the Buddhist point of view. Chapter 2 :- Focuses on the fact that difference in general features between the different ethnic groups and religious sects, the government has distributed development equally to all the population in all aspects of life. Chapter 3": Focuses on the speciality of the Thai society which is seen in the society’s ability to overcome the negative aspects of life and live with the positive aspects despite the religious, tribal and ethnical differences between its individuals. Chapter4: contains the summary of the key finding of the study including the conclusion and recommendations of the study on this peaceful and strategical co-existence.
