Abstract

ملخص الدراسة باللغة العربية هدف البحث الكشف عن العلاقة بين التوافق النفسي وقوة الأنا وبعض المتغيرات لدى الاخصائيين النفسيين العاملين بمراكز التأهيل الخاصة بمدينة الرياض وقد تم اختيار عينة البحث عشوائيا، وبلغ عدد افراد العينة (76) اخصائى نفسى، قامت الباحثة بتطبيق مقياس التوافق النفسي من إعداد د. زينب شقير ومقياس قوة الأنا لبارون ترجمة علاء الدين الكفافى(1982)، واستخدمت الباحثة أساليب إحصائية تمثلت فى ( اختبار T، اختبار تحليل التباين الاحادى، معامل الارتباط بيرسون العزمى، معامل الفا كرونباخ، الجزر التربيعى ) . وتوصلت البحث إلي ما يلي: - يتسم التوافق النفسي لدى الأخصائيين النفسيين بمراكز التأهيل الخاصة " مدينة الرياض – المملكلة العربية السعودية" بالانخفاض عند مستوى الدلالة 0.01 . -تتسم قوة الأنا لدى الأخصائيين النفسيين بمراكز التأهيل الخاصة " مدينة الرياض – المملكلة العربية السعودية" بالانخفاض. - توجد علاقة ارتباطية ذات دالة احصائيا بين التوافق النفسى وقوة الانا لدى الاخصائيين النفسيين عند مستوى الدلالة 0.05 - هنالك فروق في التوافق النفسي لدى الأخصائيين النفسيين بمراكز التأهيل الخاصة " مدينة الرياض – المملكلة العربية السعودية" حسب النوع لصالح الذكور عند مستوى دلالة 0.05 . -هنالك فروق في قوة الأنا لدى الأخصائيين النفسيين بمراكز التأهيل الخاصة " مدينة الرياض – المملكلة العربية السعودية" حسب النوع ولصالح الاناث عند مستوى دلالة 0.05 . - لا توجد فروق دالة في التوافق النفسي لدى الأخصائيين النفسيين بمراكز التأهيل الخاصة " مدينة الرياض – المملكلة العربية السعودية حسب العمر وعند مستوى الدلالة 0.05 . -لا توجد فروق دالة في قوة الانا لدى الأخصائيين النفسيين بمراكز التأهيل الخاصة " مدينة الرياض – المملكلة العربية السعودية حسب العمر عند مستوى الدلالة 0.05

ABSTRACT The aim of the research is to uncover the relationship between psychological compatibility, ego strength and some variables among psychologists working in rehabilitation centers in the city of Riyadh. The research sample was randomly selected, and the number of the sample reached (76) psychologists. The researcher applied the psychological compatibility scale prepared by Dr. Zainab Choucair and Baron's ego-strength scale, translated by Alaeddin Al-Kafafi (1982). The researcher used statistical methods represented in (T-test, unilateral analysis of variance test, Pearson Azmi correlation coefficient, Cronbach alpha coefficient, square islands) The research found the following: -The psychological compatibility of the psychologists in the special rehabilitation centers “Riyadh - the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia” is characterized by a decrease at the level of significance 0.01 -The ego strength of the psychologists in the special rehabilitation centers “Riyadh - the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia” is low -There is a statistically significant correlational relationship between psychological compatibility and ego strength among psychologists at the significance level 0.05 -There are differences in the psychological compatibility of the psychologists in the special rehabilitation centers Riyadh City - The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia" according to gender in favor of males at a significance level of 0.05 -There are differences in ego strength among psychologists in special rehabilitation centers Riyadh City - Kingdom of Saudi Arabia" according to gender and in favor of females at a significance level of 0.05 -There are no significant differences in the psychological compatibility of psychologists in special rehabilitation centers Riyadh City - Kingdom of Saudi Arabia according to age and at significance level 0.05 -There are no significant differences in ego strength among psychologists in special rehabilitation centers, Riyadh - Saudi Arabia, according to age, at a significance level of 0.05
