الفعالية الذاتية وعلاقتها بالصحة النفسية لدى مرضى السكرى بمستشفى أم درمان

Abstract

مستخلص البحث هدف البحث الحالى الى التعرف على الفعالية الذاتية وعلاقتها بالصحة النفسية لدى مرضى السكرى بمستشفى ام درمان بولاية الخرطوم ومعرفة الفروق فى الفعالية الذاتية والصحة النفسية ولتحقيق ذلك اتبع الباحث المنهج الوصفى الارتباطى حيث بلغ حجم العينة (100) مفحوص (59) ذكور و(41) اناث تم اختيارهم بالطريقة القصدية من مستشفى ام درمان ولجمع المعلومات استخدم الباحث مقياس الفعالية الذاتية لمرضى السكرى من اعداده ومقياس الصحة النفسية لمرضى السكرى من اعداده ايضاً وللتحليل استخدم الباحث برنمامجSPSS) ) وبعدالمعالجات الاحصائية المتمثلة فى اختبار (ت) لمجتمع واحد واختبار (ت) لعينتين مستقلتين وارتباط بيرسون واختبار (انوفا) لتحليل التباين الاحادى وتولصت الدراسة الى مجموعة من النتائج :- تتميز السمة العامة للفعالية الذاتية لمرضى السكر المترددين على مستشفى ام درمان بالارتفاع. تتميز السمة العامة للصحة النفسية لمرضى السكر المترددين على مستشفى امدرمان بالارتفاع. توجد علاقة ارتباطية طردية بينالمتغيرين، توجد فروق فى الفعالية الذاتية بين الجنسين لصالح الذكور. لا توجد فروق فى الصحة النفسية لمرضى السكر تبعا لمتغير الحالة الاجتماعية. لاتوجد فروق فى الصحة النفسة لمرضى السكر تبعا لمتغير العمر. ومن ثم وضع الباحث مجموعة من التوصيات والمقترحات بناءاً على النتائج ومن اهمها: ضرورة تقديم الدعم النفسى للمصابين بمرض السكرى من خلال تعزيز وتنشيط الفعالية الذاتية.

Abstract The present research aims to identify the Self –efficacy and its relation to mental health And Knows the defferences among people with diabetes who are visiting Omdurman Hospital in Khartoum state. To achieve this, the researcher followed the descriptive approach, where the sample size was (100) tested and (49) male and (41) females were selected by Specific way from Omdurman Hospital. To collect the information, the researcher Used the self-efficacy measure of diabetes to the analysis, the researcher used the (SPSS) program and after statistical treatments of the (T-test) for one community and the (T-test) of two independent sample and the Pearson correlation and (ANOVA) test for the analysis of the individual variance the study reached with asset of results: The overall trait of self-efficacy of diabetes mellitus at Omdurman Hospital is rising. The overall mental health of diabetes patients at Omdurman Hospital is rising. There is positive correlation between the two variables, there are difference in self-efficacy between males and females- there are no differences in the mental health of diabetes according to the variable Social Situation. There are no differences in the mental health of diabetes according to the variable age. And then put the researcher aset of recommendation and proposals based on the result, as importance the need to provide psychological Suport for people with diabetes through the promotion and revitalization of self- efficacy.
