Abstract

المستخلص

نتيجة لانتشار استخدام نظم المعلومات كان لابد من مواكبة ذلك التطور من جميع النواحي لاسيما النظم الإدارية منها .

• المشكلة :

النظام المستخدم في مكتب حصر العمالة حاليا شانه شان كل الانظمة اليدوية العديد من اوجه القصور التي تجعل من الانظمة اليدوية انظمة غير فعالة وغير مثالية ولاتساهم في تقدم الدولة ولاتخدم الادارة في مدها بالمعلومات المطلوبة بصورة جيدة .

• الأهدف:

تحويل النظام اليدوي الى نظام معلوماتي محوسب متكامل ويقدم تقارير ومعلومات ذات جودة عالية لمتخذي القرار في البلدية .

• المنهجية :

تم اعتماد الطريقة التحليلية في هذا البحث باستخدام مفاهيم التوجه نحو الكينونة . و لغة php و قاعدة بيانات MySQL في عملية التنفيذ.

• أهم النتائج والتوصيات :

تم التوصل من خلال البحث والعمل علي حوسبة نظام إدارة وحصر العمالة الوافدة ببلدية الكفرة (ليبيا) يمكن من الحصول علي بيانات العامل الوافد بكل سهولة وفعالية وكفاءة عالية ، كما يقوم بحصر كل العمالة الاجنبية الوافدة الي المنطقة و الحد من عشوائية العمالة الوافدة ، الحد من الاستفادة من سعر الدعم في وزارة الاقتصاد ، لتقليل التكاليف التي تصرف علي الدعم، و عمل أرشيف إلكتروني للعامل الوافد يمكن الرجوع إليه في أي وقت بكل سهولة ويسر .

ABSTRACT

Because of the spreading for the using of information technology, it must convoy with the developing from different sides especially the administrative systems.

• Problem:

The used system in enclosing the employees faces the lacks sides as the manual systems that make the manual systems inactive and imperfect systems and do not participate in developing the country and do not serve the administration with providing wanted information in perfect way.

• Alohdv:

The aim of searching is to transform the manual system to computed informative system and it presents reports and information which is high quality for decision makers in the state,

• Methodology:

the analytical method has been approved in this research by using orientation of being, And php language and MySQL database in implementing operation.

• The most important findings and recommendations:

It was found through the research and working on computing the administrative system and counting the coming employees in (alkafra) state in Libya , it possible to get the employee information in easy and effective high efficiency, also enclosing the foreign coming employees to the area and enclose the random coming employees, enclosing from benefit of supporting price in the economy ministry to reduce the costs which are used on the providing , and make electronic archive for the coming employee to make it easier to find it again.
