الانظمة السياسية وتأثيرها على المشاركة السياسية للأقليات (من الفترة بين1993-2018) (دراسة حالة الأقباط في مصر والسودان)

Abstract

مستخلص يتناول هذا البحث تاثير النظم السياسية والمشاركة السياسية على الاقليات القبطية فى الفترة بين 1993-2019م.بنيت هذه الدراسة على فرضية كيفية تأثير سياسة النظم التى اعتبرت تلك الاقلية مواطنون من الدرجة الثانية فى مصر والسودان مما ادى الى عزلتهم السياسية ومن ثم استبعادهم من المشاركة السياسية والتهميش وهدم الكنائس فى مصر والسودان اضافة الى الارهاب فى مصر بالتحديد. استخدم البحث عدة مناهج منها المنهج التاريخى والوصفى والمقارن مع الملاحظة والتحليل. ثم استعان بالعديد من المصادر والدراسات السابقة حول الموضوع بالاضافة الى المصادر الاولية كالندوات والتقارير والانترنت ثم اجراء المقابلات فى جمع المعلومات بسبب قلة المراجع والدراسات فى موضوع البحث خصوصاً فى السودان. جاءت نتائج الدراسة مطابقة لفروضها باثباتها اشكاليات المشاركة السياسية وتأثير النظم يرجع الى التهميش وعدم الإستيعاب الذى ادى بدورة الى الانعزال حيث تعاملت الحكومات مع مشكلة الاقليات فى مصر والسودان بصورة شكلية وحلول ليست حقيقية وليس لها البعد الواقعى. ومن اهم التوصيات الاستفادة من الكادر البشرى لتلك الأقليات بمقوماتة لدفع عجلة التنمية الاقتصادية والسياسية.

ABSTRACT The research intended the issue of case study (the minority between Egypt and Sudan from (1993-2019). And however the research and study care about the impact of the political system and the participation toward Coptic minority. This study based on hypothesis of the rule that political system considered this minority as the second citizens, and how is this issue cased a political isolate and discrimination from this minority (Coptic in Egypt and Sudan) .Then exclude them from political participate, marginalization and terrorism specialist in Egypt also church crush. The research uses many methods like the historical method, analysis method, descriptive method and comparative method. Also depend on many resources and previous study addition to historical documentation, symposiums, report and related cyberspace web sites and the presentation for the few studies special in Sudan. The study finding the matching of result and the hypothesis, it is confirmed that is the problem of political participation and the system return to the political marginalization, non-absorption and non- acceptable and isolation and the dealing problem with the Coptic minority in Egypt and Sudan effectively and the dealing was unreal and had not real root. Addition to the most important recommendations that is how takes advantage from the human factor to help the economic development.
