Abstract

المستخلص يهدف هذا البحث الى عمل نظام متكامل يجمع كل العمليات والإدارات في الشركة لتوحيد تدفق العمل مما يؤدى الي تكامل الأنظمة داخل المنشأة و تقدم أنظمة تخطيط موارد المؤسسات حلولا عن طريق تزويد الإدارات بوظائف معلوماتية متكاملة للأداء المتكامل بشكل يتيح إنتقالا شفافا وسريعا للمعلومات فيما بين الإدارات المختلفة للمنشأة ، تم إختيار شركة المهاجر العالميه للإسثمار المحدوده لتمثيل حالة دراسه لتطبيق مفهوم تخطيط موارد المؤسسسات عليها والتي تحتوي علي مجموعه من الأقسام ، قمنا بإختيار قسم الليموزين والذي تتم فيه عمليات الإيجار وبداخله مجموعه من الاقسام وقمنا بإجراء الدراسه على قسمي التشغيل والصيانه، يتم التعامل فيها عبر الموظفين بواسطة نظام وظيفي مما يؤدي الي بطء في انجاز المهام , صعوبة ادارة مهام المؤسسة وصعوبة عملية البحث والاسترجاع , لذلك تهدف أنظمة تخطيط المؤسسات الى توفير الزمن وسرعة الوصول للبيانات وتبادلها و توفير بيئة معلوماتية متكاملة الأداء تساعد على إتخاذ القرار المناسب و توفير تقارير ادارية ومالية عن عقودات الايجار فيما يلي السيارات , لذلك اعتمد هذا البحث على منهج تحليل وتصميم النظم الكائني باستخدام لغة النمذجة الموحدة و على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي , وكانت النتائج قابلية مشاركة البيانات بسهولة بين الإدارات المختلفة في الشركة , تطوير خدمة العملاء وتسهيل معاملاتهم , زياده المهاره التقنيه في التعامل مع الانظمة مفتوحه المصدر (ODOO) و تحسين مستويات الكفاءة والإنتاجية واتخاذ القرار المناسب , وبعد إكمال هذا البحث اوصي بإكمال بقية أقسام الشركه, تدريب الموظفين في القسمين بشكل جيد ، تشكيل لجنة من ذوي الإختصاص بالمؤسسة لتتولى المشروع تعمل تحت الإشراف المباشر للإدارة العليا واخيرا رفع مستوى الوعي بأهمية نظم تخطيط موارد المؤسسات .

Abstract This research aims to create an integrated system that combines all of the operations and departments in the company to standardize the work flow, That leading to integration systems within the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems provide solutions by providing departments with integrated Information functions and integrated performance that allows transparent and fast information transition among the various property department. Al Mohager International Co Ltd, was selected to represent a case study for the implementation of (ERP) concept, which contains a number of departments .we have chosen the Limousine department where the rental operations are carried out, our conduct study on operation and maintenance departments are dealt through staff by functional system that leading to slowing completing the tasks , the difficulty of the enterprise functions of management and the difficulty of the process of search and retrieval. Therefore, (ERP) systems aims to provide time and speed of data access and exchange and provide an integrated information environment that helps to make the appropriate decision and provide administrative and financial reports on car rental contracts. So this research was based on the analysis and design of object systems using the unified modeling language, and the descriptive analytical approach, The results were easily shareable among the different departments of the company , developing customer service and facilitating their transactions, increasing the technical proficiency in dealing with open source systems (ODOO) and improve efficiency, productivity and decision making levels, After the completion of this research, I recommend the completion of the rest of the company, train staff in both sections well Forming a committee of specialists to take over the project working under direct supervision of senior management, And finally raising awareness of the importance of (ERP) systems.
