Abstract

المستخلص هدف البحث لمعرفة الضغوط النفسية وعلاقتها بالاحباط للمصابين بمرض القلب بمركز السودان للقلب ولتحقيق ذلك اتبع الباحث المنهج الوصفي الارتباطي، لجمع البيانات استخدم الباحث مقياس الضغوط النفسية من اعداد ابراهيم محمد سالم ومقياس الاحباط من اعداد سهام هارون البشاري وطبق على عينة قوامها (70) مصاب وتم تحليل البيانات باستخدام برنامج الحزمة الاحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية برنامج (SPSS) وتوصل البحث للنتائج الاتية: تتسم الضغوط النفسية لمرض القلب بالارتفاع ويتسم الاحباط لمرض القلب بالارتفاع وتوجد فروق في الضغوط النفسية بين الذكور والاناث لصالح الذكور وتوجد علاقة ارتباطية بين الضغوط النفسية والاحباط لمرض القلب ولا توجد فروق في الضغوط النفسية لمرض القلب وفقا لمتغير العمر والمستوى التعليمي، وعلى ضوء هذه النتائج وضع الباحث عدد من التوصيات اهمها الاهتمام بمرض القلب وتوفير العناية اللازمة لهم والعمل على تحقيق حدث الضغوط النفسية والاحباط من خلال برنامج ارشادي توعوي. The aim of the research is to find out psychological pressures and their relationship to frustration For people with heart disease in the Sudan Heart Center and to achieve this, the researcher followed the descriptive, relational approach. To collect data, the researcher used the psychological stress meter, prepared by Ibrahim Mohamed Salem Mohamed And the scale of frustration prepared by Sehamm Bushra and applied to a sample of (70) An infected person and the data were analyzed using the statistical package for social sciences program(spss). The research reached the following results:The psychological stress of heart patients is high and frustration is high Found differences in psyclogical stress between male and female for male. Found correlation relation between psyclogical stress and frustration to the heart patients Not found differences between the psyclogical stress to heart patients according to the age and level of education. According to this results the researcher put numbers of recommendation the most important is: To make inclusive study specialized to the heart disease and concern of psyclogical and sociological respects.
