الكفايات الإرشادية وعلاقتها بالتوافق المهني لدى المرشدين النفسيين التربويين بولاية الخرطوم

Abstract

المستخلص: هدف هذا البحث الي معرفة الكفايات الإرشادية وعلاقتها بالتوافق المهنى لدى المرشدين النفسيين التربويين، بولاية الخرطوم ، وعلاقتها ببعض المتغيرات ( النوع ، والعمر المستوى التعليمي والتخصص) ، وقد إتبع الباحث المنهج الوصفي الإرتباطى ، بلغت عينة البحث (70) مرشداً ومرشدة ، تم إختيارهم عن طريق العينة العشوائية الطبقية ، كما إستخدم الباحث مقياس الكفايات الإرشادية ومقياس التوافق المهني، وتم تحليل البيانات بإستخدام برنامج الحزمة الإحصائية للعلوم الإجتماعية SPSS) ( وإعتمد على إختبار (ت) لمجتمع واحد و إختبار (ت) لعينتين وتحليل التباين وإرتباط بيرسون ، أظهرت الدراسة العديد من النتائج منها تتسم الكفايات الإرشادية لدى المرشدين النفسيين التربويين بولاية الخرطوم بالإرتفاع الدال إحصائياً ، كما يتسم التوافق المهني لدى المرشدين النفسيين التربويين بولاية الخرطوم بالإرتفاع الدال إحصائياً ، وتوجد علاقة طردية دالة إحصائيا بين الكفايات الإرشادية والتوافق المهني لدى المرشدين النفسيين التربويين بولاية الخرطوم ، ولاتوجد فروق دالة إحصائياً في الكفايات الإرشادية لدي المرشدين النفسيين التربويين بولاية الخرطوم وفقاً لمتغير النوع ، كما توجد فروق دالة إحصائياً في الكفايات الإرشادية لدي المرشدين النفسيين بولاية الخرطوم وفقاً لمتغيرات ( المستوى التعليمي والتخصص ) ، وتوجد علاقة طردية دالة إحصائياً بين الكفايات الإرشادية والعمر لدى المرشدين النفسيين بولاية الخرطوم ، وآخيراً على ضوء نتائج الدراسة وضع الباحث عدد من التوصيات منها ضرورة العمل علي تعزيز و زيادة الكفايات الارشادية عن طريق التدريب وورش العمل وتعزيز وزيادة التوافق المهني لدى المرشدين النفسيين التربويين بولاية الخرطوم .

Abstract The aim of the research is to know the guiding competencies and their relationship to the professional compatibility of psychological counselors, Khartoum State, and their relationship to some variables (gender, years of experience, and age). Stratified randomness, as the researcher used tools to measure the guiding efficiencies and the standard of professional compatibility. The data was analyzed using the SPSS program (and relied on the T test for one community, two samples, variance analysis and Pearson correlation. The study showed many results, including: The name of counseling competencies for psychiatric counselors in the state of Khartoum is statistically high, as is the professional compatibility of psychological counselors in Khartoum state is statistically high, and there is a statistically significant direct relationship between counseling competencies and professional compatibility among psychiatric counselors in the state of Khartoum, and there are no statistically significant differences in indicative competencies of counselors Psychologists in Khartoum state are attributed to the gender variable, and there are statistically significant differences in the indicative competencies of psychological counselors in Khartoum State attributable to variables (educational level, years of experience and specialization), and there are Ge statistically significant between the competencies indicative and age have counselors in Khartoum state, and finally in the light of the results of the study put the researcher a number of recommendations, including the need to promote and increase the skills of extension through training and workshops to promote and increase compliance professional with the extension workers in Khartoum state. فهرس المحتويات:
