فاعلية وكفاءة الاخصائي الاجتماعي في تعديل سلوك الاحداث الجانحين (دراسة حالة دور تربية الاشبال القومية سوبا غرب)

Abstract

المستخلص تناول هذا البحث فاعلية وكفاءة الاخصائي الاجتماعي في تعديل سلوك الاحداث الجانحين نتيجة لإكتظاظ المؤسسات العقابية بالاحداث وإزدياد الجرائم التي يرتكبونها الاحداث كان من الضروري الوقوف علي مدئ فاعلية وكفاءة الاخصائيين الاجتماعيين العاملين بالمؤسسات العقابية والوقوف علي الانشطة التي تقدم للاحداث والطرق العلاجية التي تتبع لإنجاح عملية الاصلاح والتاهيل . هدف البحث للوقوف على كفاءة في دور تربية الاشبال والوقوف على المعوقات التي تواجه الاخصائي الاجتماعي في تعديل سلوك الاحداث وإعادة دمجهم في المجتمع , اتبع البحث منهج المسح الاجتماعي والمنهج الوصفي التحليلي في وصف مجتمع الدراسة المتمثل في دور تربية الاشبال بسوبا غرب , وإعتمدت الباحثة على المقابلة والاستبانة في جمع المعلومات , تم وصف بيئة الاصلاحية ومرافقها الخدمية والتعليمية كذلك تم إستخدامه في وصف مجتمع الاصلاحية المتمثل في الاحداث الجانحين والادارة ومكتب الخدمة الاجتماعية . توصل الباحثة الى أن مكتب الخدمة الاجتماعية في دور تربية الاشبال المتمثل في الاخصائيين الاجتماعيين والنفسيين لايقوم بدوره بصورة فعالة ويفتقد الى البرامج التعليمية والتأهيلية والحرفية وأن البرامج المفعلة هي فقط البرامج الترفيهية . أوصت الباحثة بتوفير الامكانيات المادية والمعنوية للإرتقاء بالبرامج الاجتماعية داخل الدور , وزيادة الورش التدريبية للأخصائيين الاجتماعيين للنهوض بالبرامج التعليمية والتأهيلية .

Abstract This research dealt with the effectiveness and efficiency of the social worker in modifying the behavior of juvenile delinquents As a result of the overcrowding of juveniles in penal institutions and the increase in crimes committed by juveniles, it was necessary to examine the effectiveness and efficiency of social workers working in penal institutions, and the activities offered to juveniles and the treatment methods that are followed to make the reform and rehabilitation process successful. The aim of the research is to determine the efficiency in the role of raising cubs and to identify the obstacles facing the social specialist in modifying the behavior of juveniles and reintegrating them into society. In collecting information, the correctional environment and its educational and service facilities were described. It was also used to describe the correctional community represented by juvenile delinquents, the administration and the social service office. The researcher concluded that the social service office in the role of raising cubs represented by social and psychological specialists does not perform its role effectively and lacks educational, rehabilitation and craft programs, and that the activated programs are only entertainment programs. The researcher recommended providing material and moral capabilities to improve social programs inside the home, and increase training workshops for social workers to advance educational and rehabilitation programs.
