بناء مداخل الهيئات في المكتبات الجامعية بولاية الخرطوم: دراسة مسحية

Abstract

جامعة النيلين كلية الدراسات العليا - كلية الأداب قسم المكتبات والمعلومات العنوان: بناء مداخل الهيئات في المكتبات الجامعية بولاية الخرطوم (دراسة مسحية( اشراف د/ فضل عبدالرحيم عبدالله إعداد الطالبة / فاطمة أدم عبدالرحيم محمد العام الدراسي 2014م – 2015م تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى حث المكتبات في السودان على تطبيق الضبط الإستنادي عند بناء مداخل الهيئات، ومعالجة المشكلات التي تجابهه. ولتحقيق تلك الأهداف وظفت الباحثة عدداً من المناهج. المنهج الوصفي التحليلي بشقيه المسح ودراسة الحالة، والمنهج التاريخي وتتكون الدراسة من ثلاثة فصول وهي: الفصل الأول وهو عبارة عن الإطار المنهجي للدراسة والفصل الثاني وهو الإطار النظري للدراسة أما الفصل الثالث وهو الإطار التطبيقي للدراسة واختتمت الدراسة بالنتائج والتوصيات. توصلت الدراسة إلي نتائج من أهمها: تستخدم 100% المكتبات نظام مفتوح المصدر كوها (Koha) لإدارة العمليات الفنية وفقاً لمعيار مارك (21)، كما تعاني المكتبات المدروسة صعوبات عند إجراء عمليات الضبط الاستنادي لمداخل الهيئات وبناء الملفات الاستنادية لمداخل الهيئات، بحيث لا تتوفر قوائم استنادية معيارية لبناء مداخل الهيئات مما أفرز ممارسات غير مقننة عند بناء المداخل. Abstract Al-Neelain University Graduate College- Faculty of Arts Department of Library and Information Sciences Title: Building Entries of Corporations in University Libraries in Khartoum State: Survey Study Supervisor: Dr. Fadul Abd Elrahim Abd Allah Student: Fatima Adam Abd Elrahim Mohammed Date: 2014 - 2015 The study aims to urge libraries in Sudan to apply retaining setting when building corporation entries and finding solutions to the problems that face the application of such system. To achieve these goals, the researcher has adopted a number of approaches, particularly, the descriptive analytical approach, both the survey and the case study and the historical approach. The study comprises three chapters. Chapter one addresses the methodological framework of the study. Chapter two is the theoretical framework. Chapter three is the practical framework. The study concludes with the findings and recommendations. The study has come up with the following results; libraries use 100% (Koha) open source system to manage technical operations according to the Standard Mark 21. In addition, studied libraries experience difficulties when applying retaining setting processes and building retaining files for corporation entries. The lack of standard retaining lists led to unmodified practices when entries are built.
