تقويم برامـج الدورة التنويريـــــة لمعلمي مرحلة التعليم الأساسي (الحلقة الاولى)

Abstract

مستخلص الدراسة

تناولت هذه الدراسة تقويم الدورة التنويرية – الحلقة الأولي – من مرحلة التعليم الأساسي التي يتلقاها المعلمون من غبر خريجي كليات التربية لقياس مدى ما حققته هذه الدورة من تحسين ورفع لكفايات المعلم المعرفية والتدريسية ، ومساعدته علي إدراك جوانب الضعف والقصور بالمعالجات التربوية المناسبة لكل موقف تعليمي .

استخدمت الدارسة المنهج الوصفي ، وتمثلت أدوات جمع المعلومات في الاستبانة والمقابلة الشخصية ، واختيرت العينة قصديًا من (100) معلم ومعلمة من مجتمع معلمي الحلقة الأولي مرحلة التعليم الأساسي بمحلية جبل الأولياء .

تمت معالجة البيانات باستخدام البرنامج الإحصائي (SPSS) وكانت أهم النتائج كما يلي : ـ

1/ ساهمت الدورة التنويرية – الحلقة الأولي- في تمليك المعلمين مهارات التدريس ، واستخدام معيناته في المواقف التعليمية المختلفة .

2/ ساهمت الدورة التنويرية – الحلقة الأولي- في أن يلم المعلمون بالمحتوى الذي يدرسونه ، وعناصر تكوينه ، وكيفية تنظيمه .

3/ عدم كفاية المدة المخصصة لهذه الدورة في تدريب وتأهيل المعلمين .

وما ترتب عليها من توصيات : ـ

1/ تفعيل برامج الجودة الشاملة في تصميم برامج لتدريب معلمي مرحلة التعليم الأساسي قبل وأثناء الخدمة لتثبيت ما حققته هذه الدورة من نجاحات .

2/ الاهتمام بحقل التعليم وتوفير الميزانيات اللازمة له ، لتوفير الآليات المعينة لسير العملية التعليمية .

ABSTRACT

This study tackled the assessment of the enlightening session – the first course - of the basic Education stage which was received by the non-graduate teachers of the Faculties of Education for the measurement of the extent achieved by this session in terms of improvement, up-raising of the teacher's knowledge, teaching efficiencies, to assist him/her in perceiving the aspects of weakness and deficiency through the appropriate educational remedies for each educational situation.

The study used the descriptive method, and the tools for the collection of information were represented in the questionnaire and the personal interview. The sample was selected intentionally (100) male and female teachers from, the population of the first course of the basic Education stage in Gebel Awliya locality.

The data processed by the use of the statistical program (SPSS) and the most important findings are as follows:

1. The enlightening session – the first course - contributed to the possession and acquirement of the teaching skills by the teachers, and the use of its aids in the various educational situations (in a very great degree).

2. The enlightening session – the first course - Contributed in acquainting the teachers with the content which they teach, elements of its formation and how it was organized (to a great degree).

3. The in-sufficiency the period allotted to this session of or the training and qualification of teachers.

The resulting recommendations of these findings are as follows:

1. Activation of the Total Quality Programs in the formulation of programs for the training of the Basic Education stage's teachers before and during the service so as to confirm and consolidate the successes achieved by these sessions

2. To pay attention and care to the field of education, and to provide it with the necessary budgets, for the provision of the facilitating tools in the progress of the educational process.
