تصميم وتنفيذ نظام لإدارة الخدمات الأكاديمية للطلاب بالجامعة

Abstract

المستخلص أدى إنتشار تكنولوجيا نظم المعلومات وتطبيقاتها إلى تزايد الإهتمام ببناء أنظمة معلومات حاسوبية ذات جودة عالية تلبي احتياجات المستخدمين بكفاءة وفعالية وتكلفة مناسبة. وتخدم احتياجات الإدارة العليا في عمليات التخطيط الاستراتيجي واتخاذ القرارات. كما كانت المشكلة هي وجود نظام يدوي يخدم كلية تقانة المعلومات بجامعة الجنينة والذي يعمل على متابعة بيانات الطلاب وعدم الدقة في القيام ببعض الإجراءات وفقد بعض البيانات وصعوبة الحصول على الخدمات التعليمية بكفاءة حيث يتطلب حضور الطالب للمعرفة وصعوبة التواصل بين الطالب والكلية خارج الجامعة ووضع الملصقات في أماكن عشوائية وعدم توافر بإستمرار بسرعة إزالتها. يهدف هذا البحث لبناء نظام إلكتروني يؤمن أدوات متنوعة للطلاب ان يتواصلوا مع البيئة الدراسية في أي مكان بوسائل إلكترونية متنوعة وإمكانية متابعة أخبار الكلية والتواصل المباشر مع الكلية ومعرفة التغيرات التي تحدث بدقة وسرعة. فكانت نتائج حوسبة النظام توفير معلومات لكلية تقانة المعلومات في إمكانية حصول الطالب على الخدمات التعليمية بكفاءة دون الحاجة إلى تواجد داخل الجامعة وتوفير مصدر دائم إعلانات للكية والإستعلام عن المعلومات المطلوبة بطريقة سريعة والإستفادة من خدمات الموبايل في تطوير خدمات الطالب وإمكانية التعديل والإضافة والحذف من قواعد البيانات بطريقة سهلة.

Abstract

The spread of information systems and technology and it’s applications led to interests of computer information systems to meet users requirements with high quality , low cost and to serves the requirements of senior management strategic plannings in order to make right decision . The major problem of the existence manual system which serves the students of informations& Technology faculty at University of El-Geneina, works to follow up students data is inaccuracy of some procedures , there is a lot of loss of data with difficulty to access educational services efficiently requires the presence of students to know including difficulties of communication between students and college outside the university and put posters randomly on incorrect places and unavailability are quickly removed quickly. This research aims to build an electronic system that provides a variety of tools for students to communicate with the learning environment anywhere through various electronic methods , its enable to following up the college news and direct communication with the college and to know the changes that occur accurately and quickly. The study found results that the computerized system provided the students of the Faculty of Information & Technology with informations and possibility to access educational services efficiently without the need to exist within the university and provide a source of permanent advertisements for request and information on the required information in a quick way and benefit from mobile services in the development of student services and possibility of amendment and add and delete from databases in a way easy ways .
