دور الأخصائي الاجتماعي المدرسي في حل مشكلات التلاميذ

Abstract

المستخلص تعتبر الخدمة الاجتماعية المدرسية من المهن الحديثة نسبيا فى السودان وقد برزت نتيجة التغيرات التى طرأت على المجتمع السودانى، وأدت بدورها إلى زيادة الأعباء على المؤسسات التعليمية. لذا كان لابد من إدخال الخدمة الاجتماعية المدرسية حتى تتمكن المدرسة من أداء وظيفتها، ويستفيد التلاميذ من العملية التعليمية الفائدة القصوى. هدف البحث لمعرفة دور الأخصائى الإجتماعى المدرسى ( فى المرحلة الثانوية ) فى حل مشكلات التلاميذ، وذلك فى المجالات الثلاثة (التنموية، الوقائية والعلاجية)، وكذلك يهدف البحث لمعرفة المعوقات التى تحد من عمله، وتتمثل أهمية البحث فى معرفة دور الأخصائى الإجتماعى المدرسى فى حل المشكلات التى تواجه التلاميذ وتعيق إستفادتهم من العملية التعليمية، ومعرفة مدى أدائه لدوره بالصورة التى تمكّن التلاميذ من مواجهة المشكلات والتغلب عليها. إستخدمت الباحثة المنهج الوصفى والتحليل الاحصائي معتمدة فى أدوات جمع البيانات على الإستبانة والمقابلات، وبعد تحليلهما توصلت الباحثة لمجموعة من النتائج، أهمها وضوح دور الأخصائى الإجتماعى المدرسى بالنسبة للتلاميذ، كما أن الأخصائى الإجتماعى المدرسى يساهم فى حل كثير من المشكلات التى تواجه التلاميذ، وتفهم الإدارة المدرسية والمعلمين لدوره نوعا ما، وعدم قيامه بمهامه العلاجية على أكمل وجه بسبب عدم تخصيص مكتب يراعى خصوصية التلاميذ ويعزى السبب لضيق الإمكانيات. إستنادا على نتائج البحث جاءت التوصيات التى يمكن أن تساهم فى ترقية عمل الأخصائى الإجتماعى المدرسى ومن أههمها وضع خطة عمل واحدة ومشتركة لعمله، تراعى إختلاف التخصصات بين الأخصائيين الإجتماعيين المدرسيين ، وإقامة دورات تدريبية تمكنهم من أداء مهامهم بالطريقة المثلى، وتوعية الإدارة والمعلمين بدوره، وتخصيص مكتب منفصل يباشر مهامه من خلاله، وضرورة وجودة خاصة فى مدارس البنين.

Abstract

School social service considered to some extend new service, it appeared because of changes in Sudanese society which lead to add more duties on schools. So it helps school in doing its jobs and helping pupils to get advantages of learning operation. The research aims to determine the role of school social specialist (in secondary school) in solving pupils’ problems at three aspects (development, prevention and cure), also aims to know obstacles facing him. The importance of research due to determining the role of school social specialist in solving pupils’ problems which minimize usefulness of their learning task, and to specify his performance in solving these problems, besides defeating it. The researcher used the descriptive analysis method depending on questionnaire and personal meetings. After analysis the researcher achieved some conclusions, the most important one is the clarity of his role to the pupils, he participate in solving many problems, somehow acceptance of school managers and teachers to his role, low performance in cure aspect because of having no special office comply with privatization of pupils, because of lack of resources. Depending on results comes the recommendation to participate in developing the performance of school social specialist, the most important one is to prepare comprehensive work plan taking into consideration the difference in specializations among school social specialists, attending training workshop to help them in doing their jobs well, explain his role to school managers and teachers, having separate office, besides importance of his existence particularly at boys’ schools
