Abstract

Abstract The aim of this research is to identify the perfusion methods used before, during and after training and matches in the Sudanese Premier League clubs. The descriptive approach was used, and the research community and sample (16) coaches were chosen by the intentional method. The questionnaire was used as a performance to collect data and SPSS was used to process data. The research concluded for many Among the most important results are the following: (60.33%) of the coaches are keen to apply the correct perfusion methods before training and matches, (76.33%) of the coaches are keen to apply the correct perfusion methods during training and matches, and (68%) of the coaches are concerned By applying the perfusion methods used after training and matches, (43.67%) of the coaches are keen on the weight of the players before training and matches and immediately after, (100%) of the coaches are concerned that the players drink water during training and matches by placing it on the touch line, (48%) ) are interested in players eating (250) ml of water every (20) minutes during training and matches, and (41.67%) of the coaches are keen on the players’ body weight after training and matches. The researcher recommends the following: The trainers should be keen to apply the correct perfusion methods before and after training and matches. The trainers should pay attention to the players’ intake of sports drinks that contain vitamins and mineral salts before, during and after training and matches to avoid the occurrence of sports injuries. The trainers should also pay great attention to their weight. The players' body after training and matches to avoid health damage and lack of players' physical and functional efficienc
