الصحة النفسية لدى بعض حالات التنميط النوعي ( الخنثى ) على ضوء بعض المتغيرات

Abstract

ملخص البحث

هدف هذا البحث للتعرف على الصحة النفسية وعلاقتها ببعض المتغيرات لدى مرضى التنميط النوعي بمجتمع البحث وهم من الحالات الواردة على الجمعية النفسية للتنميط النوعي بولاية الخرطوم ، وبلغ حجم العينة والتي إختيرت بالطريقة القصدية ( 10 ) حالات .

إستخدمت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي الإرتباطي ، وتمثلت أداة جمع البيانات فى إستمارة البيانات الأولية من إعداد الباحثة ومقياس كورنل للصحة النفسية حيث تم التحقق من خاصية الصدق والثبات له ، تم تحليل البيانات بإستخدام الحاسب الآلي بالحزم الإحصائية للعلوم الإجتماعية ( SPSS ) حيث إستخدمت الأساليب الإحصائية : معادلة ألفا كرومباخ لمعرفة معامل الثبات ، معامل الإرتباط العزمي لبيرسون ، معامل إرتباط الرتب لسبيرمان ، إختبار ( ت ) لمتوسط مجتمع واحد .

وتوصل البحث لعدد من النتائج هي : تتميز السمة العامة للصحة النفسية لدى مرضى التنميط النوعي بالإنخفاض ، توجد علاقة دالة إرتباطية بين الصحة النفسية والعمر ، لاتوجد علاقة دالة إرتباطية بين الصحة النفسية والمستوى التعليمي ، لا توجد فروق دالة إحصائيآ في الصحة النفسية لدى مرضى التنميط النوعي تعزي لمتغيري ( العمل والحالة الإجتماعية ) . ثم قامت الباحثة بمناقشة الفروض والنتائج وخاتمة البحث اهم المقترحات والتوصيات وتوثيق للمراجع والمصادر التي إستعانت بها الباحثة .

Abstract

The objective of this research to indentify mental health and its patients with inter sex find society then are cases included on psychological association of the inter sex Khartoum state . The total sample size , the chosen way intentionality 10 cases .

Researcher used descriptive approach relational , The data collection tool was preclinical data in the from of the preparation of the researcher and cornell testing for mental health where the property has been verified validity and reliability has. Data were analyzed using the computer statistical packages for the social sciences ( SPSS) statistical methods were used: Alpha Krumback equation to determine reliabitity coefficient. Correlation coefficient pearson. Correlation coefficient of specrmanronk . T. test to the average one community.

The researcj found anumber of results are : characterized by the attribute & the mental health intersex in patients with low. There is arelationship between the correlation function of mental health and age. There is no relationship between the correlation function of mental health and educational level. No statistically significant differences between the mental health of erery variable of work and social status.

Then the researcher to discuss the assumplitons and results. The most important conclusion of recommensatios and documentation of references and sources used by the researeher.
