dc.description.abstractAmos Abstract The study intends to investigate the Mediating role of the creative capabilities in the relationship between the surrounding environment and the competitive Feat we, applying to on sample from the Sudanese banking sector, the study problem is represented in the following main question: Do the Creative Capabilities Mediating Role Relationship Between Surrounding Environment and Competitive Advantage? The study hypothesis assumed hot there is a relationship with statistical mean beckon the surrounding environment and the creative capabilities, there is a relation between creative capability and competitive feature, the crater capabilities, the creature capacities mediates between the surrounding environment and competitive feature. The importance of the study is represented in the researcher trail to contribute in completing the researchers efforts who called for fudge study related to the study and applying it to different sectors supply stakehddus with data and information helping the study problem, to come to results that compose woeful information for stakeholders about the effect of the mediating role on the creative capabilities in the surrounding environment and the compete tire feature in banks. The study fellow the descriptive notched and then using (AMOS) programmer to analyze data, A set of findings was that there was a positive relationship between employee commitment and quality, that there was a positive relationship between a culture of cooperation and cost, and that there was an unsweete relationship between organizational structure and creative capabilities, and that a set of recommendations was also reached: to urge service recruiters to encourage a culture of cooperation between individuals within the bank, and to develop a regulatory structure that would suit each bank.en_US
