Abstract

مستخلص باللغة العربية العنوان : احتياجات المستفيدين من المعلومات بمكتبة اكاديمية الشرطة العليا الاسم شيماء شمبول كباشى المشرف: د عبد الكريم عثمان عبد الكريم فترة الدراسة: 2017م -2018م تهدف الدراسة الى التعرف على احتياجات المستفيدين من مكتبة اكاديمية الشرطة العليا والوسائل والطرق التى يتبعها المستفيدين فى الحصول على احتياجاتهم . وظفت الباحثة المنهج الوثائقي ( التاريخى) والمنهج الوصفي التحليلي ، واستخدمت استبانه لاغراض جمع البيانات. توصلت الدراسة لى عدد من النتائج اهمها: ان احتياجات المستفيدين تتمثل فى معلومات عن الكتب القانونية والفقهية والجنائية والجمركية ، ويستخدمون الحاسوب والفهرس فى الوصول الى المعلومات، وتمثلت المشاكل التى تواجههم فى ان المكتبة لاتستوعب الاعداد المتزائدة من الجموعات وايضا لاتفى باحتياجات المستفيدين من المعلومات. توصلت الدراسة الى عدد من التوصيات : تحسين طرق وسائل تقديم الخدمة المكتبية بما يتناسب مع احتياجات المستفيدين منها وذلك عن طريق اقامة المعارض والندوات واعداد الدورات التدربية على كيفية استخدام المكتبة ومصادر المعلومات، توفير مصادر معلومات اخرى غير الكتب كالدوريات مثلا لانها تحتوى على معلومات متجددة ، توصى الدراسة بوضع برامج لتهئية المكتبة بطريقة تجذب المستفيدين على ارتياد المكتبة بصورة مستمرة او بصورة اسبوعية على الاقل مما يؤشر على رضى المستفيد عن الخدمة المقدمة لة .

Abstract Title: The needs of the users from the services of police high academy library. Name : Shima Shambool Kabashi Supervisor : Abd –Elkareem Osman Abd –Elkareem Study : period 2017 – 2018 The study target to a knowledge about the user needs of information from the police high academy library , and means , way which where follow by the beneficial to obtain their needs The research applied the documentary (historical) method , and (analysis) distractive method , and used the questionnaire for the purpose date collection. The study concluded to some result the most important ones one: the users needs which more legal books ,high criminal and custom references (books) they used cataloged and computer to option The information > The main problems which encountered then the library couldn’t the great numbers of their group, and also doesn’t offer all the bowihical needs. The study included to some recommendation the most important ones and improving method means of provide ding the library services to be said able from the beneficial , that through arranging books exhibition and seminar, and preparing courses about how to use the library and information resources except book such as sheets , moquazines
