تطبيق إلكترونى لشركة الطموح للتمويل الأصغر

Abstract

مستخلص البحث في الاونة الاخيرة اصبح العميل"المواطن" اكثر معرفة و استخداما للتكنولوجيا بشكل ملحوظ مما زاد اهتمامه و توقعاته للحصول و الاستفادة من تلك الخدمات الالكترونية في كل المجالات, فكان من الضروري الإستجابة لهذه التوقعات بتوفير خدمات تمويل تلبي إحتياجاتهم و تطلعاتهم.

تتلخص مشكله البحث الرئيسيه في عدم وصول الشركة لأكبر عدد من العملاء نسبه للطريقه التقليديه المستخدمه حاليا.

الهدف الاساسي هو تصميم تسهيل عملية التقديم وتوفير معلومات كامله عن التمويل الاصغر في اى زمان واي مكان وتوفير الوقت والجهد ويوفر المرونه في الاداء والسرعه في العمل والارتقاء بمستوى الخدمات في الشركة .

تكمن المنهجيه في تحليل النظام المستخدم بأسلوب التحليل والتتصميم الموجه نحو الهدف في مجال علوم الحاسوب , واستخدام المنهج الوصفي في وصف النظام ,واستخدام المنهجيه الاستقرائيه , و تتشمل أدوات البحث جمع المعلومات أدوات النمذجه هي uml وبرنامج الuml visual paradigm وأدوات مرحلة التصميم مثل برنامج الورد msword وأدوات مرحله البرمجه ionic وmysql.

تتضمن نتائج البحث في تسهيل عملية التقديم وزياده سرعه العمل وتخفيض التكاليف التشغيليه القرارات القائمه على المعلومات والدقة في استخراج التقارير.

والتوصيات تكمن في تعميم التقديم الالكترونى بالتطبيق للشركات التى تقدم التمويل الاصغر لمواكبه التكنولوجيا والاستفادة من خبرات ومهاارت الاشخاص ذوى الخبرات العالية وذلك لتحديث التطبيق و لخلق بيئة عمل افضل.

Abstract:

Recently, the customer has become more aware of and use of technology, which has increased its interest and expectations for obtaining and benefiting from these services in all fields. It was necessary to respond to these expectations by providing financing services that meet their needs and aspirations. The main research problem is that the company has not reached as many customers as it does today. The main objective is to design include, facilitating the application process providing full information about microfinance at any time and anywhere, saving time and effort and providing flexibility in performance, speed in working and upgrading the level of services in the company. The methodology is summarized in the analysis of the system used in the method of analysis and design oriented towards the goal in the field of computer science, the use of descriptive method in describing the system, and the use of extrapolative methodology. The research tools include information collection modeling tools uml and uml visual paradigm and design stage tools such as msword program and tools Programming stage ionic and mysql. The results of the research include facilitating the application process, Increase the speed of work, Reducing operating costs, Information-based decisions, Accuracy in extracting reports. The recommendations are to spread the electronic application to companies that provide microfinance to keep pace with technology and to benefit from the expertise and skills of highly experienced people to update the application and to create a better working environment.
