دور المصارف الاسلامية في التنمية الاقتصادية في السودان (دراسة حاله بنك فيص الاسلامي السوداني 210 -217)

Abstract

المسـتخلص تناول البحث الدور الذى تقوم به المصارف الإسلامية فى التنمية الاقتصادية وتطوير ودفع عجلة التنمية فى البلاد، حيث تنبع اهمية البحث من انه تزايد الاهتمام بالبنوك الاسلامية حيث ان الاسلام اوجد الحلول لكثير من المعاملات والازمات وان البحث يحتوى ايضاً على طرق التمويل الاسلامية والتعرف على المشاكل التى تواجه المصارف الاسلامية، هدف البحث دراسة تحليلية لتجربة بنك فيصل الاسلامى السودانى ومساهمته فى عملية التنمية الاقتصادية فى السودان واهم المعوقات التى تواجهه، التعرف على الاهداف التى يسعى بنك فيصل الاسلامى السودانى الى تحقيقها من خلال انشطته المختلفه والاسباب التى تحول بينه وبين تحقيق اهدافه، دراسة التنمية الاقتصادية وفق المنظور الاسلامى والتطرق للدراسات الاسلامية السابقة فى مجال التنمية الاقتصادية، دراسة مدى مساهمة بنك فيصل الاسلامى السودانى فى تنمية البلاد، وفرضيات البحث هى ان بنك فيصل الاسلامى السودانى له دور فى تقليل حدة الفقر فى البلاد، هنالك مشاكل ومعوقات تواجيه بنك فيصل الاسلامى السودانى، بنك فيصل الاسلامى السودانى ساهم فى دفع عجلة التنمية وتطور الاقتصاد فى السودان، منهج البحث هو المنهج الوصفى التحليلى فى تحليل المعلومات المتعلقة بموضوع البحث. وقد خلص البحث الى ان التمويل يركز على قطاع التجhرة الإقتصادية وليس لهذا اثر واضح من التنمية الإجتماعية، انخفاض التمويل على قطاع الصادر خلال فترة الإختبار، ثبات التمويل على قطاع العقارات خلال فترة الإختبارات هذا ليس سياسات البنك المركزى خلال نفس الفترة، ضرورة الاهتمام بالاختيار المناسب لصيغ التمويل الإسلامية التى يعمل بها المصرف التجارى التى تضمن سير العمل بالطرق الصحيحة التى تحقق الاهداف المرجوه، ومن اهم التوصيات، يجب ان يركز التمويل على قطاعات التجارة المختلفة، يجب ان تبذل إدارة بنك فيصل الإسلامى السودانى جهوداً إيضافية فى تمويل الصادرات، أن عدم توفر الخبرة الكافية فى إدارة المشاريع الممولة من قبل البنك يتسبب فى إعاقة تحقيق أهداف البنك من التمويل فى دفع عجلة التنمية فى البلاد .
