Abstract

Abstract This study is titled "The Economic Factors That Affect The Import Methods In The Banks". It targets to show the impact of Bank of Sudan policies, customs and fiscal policies and the exchange rate on the import operations in the Sudanese banks. For achieving of the study targets, the researcher put the following hypothesis: - Q The non-stability of the exchange rate affects the import operations negatively or positively. ' The policies of Bank of Sudan affect the import operations negatively or positively. 0 The customs and taxation duties affect the import operations negatively or positively. , I The study results confirmed the validity of all hypothesis, whereas it isclear that there is an adverse relationship between the policies of Bank of Sudan towards the values of the;imports. Also the study confirmed that there is a steady direct relation between the exchange rate and the imports values. The researcher reached many recommendations of which are: The necessity of issuance-.of policies pertaining to the imports by the Bank of Sudan annually instead of introduction of amendments in the already released publications. In additional to that the door shall be shut infront of the luxury goods.
