تطبيق ويب إلكتروني لحصر وحساب الساعات التدريسية لأعضاء هيئة التدريس بالتطبيق علي كلية الخرطوم التطبيقية

Abstract

الملخص أصبح إنتقال المعلومات عبر الشبكة المحليه واجهزة الحاسوب من الامور الروتينية وإحدى العناصر المميزة التى لايمكن الاستغناء عنها لتاثيرها الواضح فى تسهيل متطلبات الحياة العصريه من خلال تقليل حجم الاعمال وتطوير اساليب خزن وتوفير المعلومات ، حيث ان انتشار انظمة المعلومات المحوسبه ادى الى تقليل الجهد المبذول من قبل الموظفين في كافة المؤسسات ومنها المؤسسات التعليمية وكذلك توفير الدقة فى المعلومات وسهولة استرجاع البيانات المخزنة. وتتمثل مشكلة البحث في صعوبة حصر وحساب الساعات التدريسية لإعضاء هيئة التدريس بصورة دقيقة إستغراق زمن طويل لعمل التقارير اللازمة. وقد هدفنا في هذا البحث الي حصر وحساب الساعات التدريسية لهيئة التدريس بكلية الخرطوم التطبيقية، ورفع التقارير الأدارية اللازمة لمتابعة سير الأداء ،وتفادي مشكلة الوقت والجهد المبذول في حساب الساعات وعدم دقتها ورفعها في الوقت المناسب إلي قسم الحسابات. وتم تنفيذ ذلك عن طريق موقع الكتروني بإستخدام لغة php ، وقاعدة بيانات باستخدام لغة sql وإستخدام منهجية التحليل والتصميم الكائني في النظم بمجال علوم الحاسوب مما سهل عملية حصر الساعات التدريسية وحسابها بشكل دقيق ورفع التقارير اللازمة في الوقت المناسب . ومن أهم التوصيات علي هذا البحث تحويل النظام كتطبيق موبايل لسهولة تعامل الأساتذه معه فى أي وقت.

Abstract Today the transfer of information through the local network and computer is a routine and one of the distinctive elements that cannot be dispensed with the obvious effect in facilitating the requirements of modern life by reducing the volume of work and developing methods of storage and provision of information. The spread of computerized information systems reduced the effort exerted by employees in all institutions, including educational institutions, as well as providing accurate information and easy retrieval of stored data. The problem of research is that it is difficult to calculate and limit the teaching hours of teaching staff accurately and take a long time to make the necessary reports. Our goal in this research was to calculate and limit the teaching hours of the teaching staff at the Khartoum applied college, and to submit the administrative reports necessary to follow up the progress of the performance, avoiding the problem of time and effort spent in calculating the hours and inaccuracy and raising them in time to the accounts department . This was done through a website using php and adatabase using sql, which made it easy to limit and calculate the teaching hours in atimely manner. Using the system analysis and design methodology in the field of computer science. One of the most important recommendations on this research is to convert the system as a mobile application for easy handling by professors at any time
