دور منظمات المجتمع المحلى فى تنمية المجتمع ( دراسة حالة تنظيمات الشباب بقرية الشقيلاب )

Abstract

ملخص البحث يهدف البحث للتعرف على منظمـات المجتمع المـدني بصورة عامة وتنظيمات الشـباب بوجه الخصوص ومدى قدرتها على توظيف طاقـات الشباب وبناء علاقات إجتمـاعية والتفاعل من أجل عمليات تنمية إجتماعية تخدم في صالح المجتمع . ويستخدم البحث المنهج الوصفي التحليلي الـذي يصف ويحلل شريحة الشـباب من حيث المناشـط التي يمارسونها وكيفية قضاء أوقات فراغهم والمنهج التأريخي الذي يصف تطور المراحل المختلفة في مجـالات رعاية الشـباب من خلال منظمات المجتمع المدني القاعدية وذلك من خلال الملاحظة المباشرة بتواجد الباحـث في مجتمع الدراسة ثم قياس دور هذه المنظمات بإستخدام أداة لجمع البيانات الكمية (إسـتبانة) . بنهاية البحـث تم تحليل البيانـات التي تم جمعها بواسطة أفـراد عينة البحث لإختبار صحة الفروض التي تم إقتراحها لتجيب عن مشكلة البحـث قيد الدراسة ، وأُختتمت الدراسة ببعض النتائج منها : 1. محدودية الأنشـطة التي تقـوم بها منظمات المجتمع المدني في المجتمع قـيد الدراسـة أدت إلى الإفتقار للإستمرارية ، وتربط في غالبيتها بمواسم معينة . 2 . تنشـط في المجتمع المدروس عمليات التفاعـل والتواصل الإجتماعي بحيث يظهر بوضوح من الجداول 23، 25، 27،29، فهناك نسـبة كبيرة من العينة المبحوثة تداوم وبإستمرار على زيارة الاهل والأقارب والأصدقاء وكذلك مسـاعدة الجيران في السـراء والضـراء . 3. دور التخطـيط في برامج التنمية عموماً وتنمـية المجتمع المحلي على وجه الخصوص يسـاعد على معرفة الوضع الراهن والحاجات الضرورية والأولويات التي يتم تنفيذها بناء على الإمكانيات والموارد المادية والبشـرية في المجتمع المعـين . وكذلك ببعض التوصيات منها : 1. الإهـتمام بشريحة الشـباب من خلال الإهتمام بالتنظيمـات التي تلبي حاجاتهم وتشبع رغباتهم في الأحياء والقرى والمجتمعات المحلية عموماً . 2. تفعيل وتنشـيط منظمات المجتمع المـدني لتقوم بدورهـا في النهوض بالمجتمعات وذلك من خلال تسهيل إجراءات تسجيلها وقوانين تيسير أعمالها وعدم سبغها بالألوان السياسية والأيدولوجيات الفكرية .

ABSTRACT The research aims to identify the local society organi-zations in general, and in particular youth and their ability to utilize the energies of young people in building social relationships and interests of the community . The research uses descriptive analytical method, which describes and analyzes the youth segment in terms of ex-change of practice, and how to use their free time, and the historical approach , which describes the evolution of dif-ferent phases in the areas of youth care through grass-roots civil society organizations, direct observation by the pres-ence the community of study and evaluation of the role of these organizations using the tool for the quantitative data (Questionnaire). Finally, data collected by members of the sample survey was collected to test the validity of hypotheses that have been proposed, answers to the research statement and study concludes with some results, including : 1. limited activities of local society organization in the studied community beside seasonality and lack of continui-ty . 2. Active social relations and communication within the community considered which clearly reflected in tables 23,25,27,29 there is a large proportion of the sample discussed conclusion regular visits to families, relatives , friends and neighbors as well as help in good and bad times . 3 . role of planning in development programs in general and specificity development of the local community helps to know the current situation and the needs and priorities to be implemented base on available material and human re-sources in any given society . Research recommendation in-cluded the following among others : 1 . more attention to youth organizations ,satisfy the needs of the women , villages and communities in general . 2 . to expand and revitalize the civil society organizations to play their role in the development of communities and facilitating the registration procedures and lows .
