هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى تحليل الإنتاج الفكري لأعضاء هيئة التدريس في مجال المكتبات والمعلومات بالجامعات السودانية في الفترة من(1970_ 2015م) لمعرفة الخصائص البنائية للإنتاج الفكري في مجال المكتبات والمعلومات بالسودان، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة استخدمت الباحثة المنهج الببليومتري والمنهج التاريخي للاستفادة منه في الإطار النظري والاستعانة به في الجانب التطبيقي.

اشتملت الدراسة على أربعة فصول،اشتمل الفصل الأول على المقدمة، والمشكلة وأسئلة الدراسة وأهدافها ومنهجها وأدواتها والدراسات السابقة، وتناول الفصل الثاني الإطار النظري للدراسة، بينما تناول الفصل الثالث الدراسة التحليلية .

توصلت الدراسة إلى عدد من النتائج أهمها:

إن الإنتاج الفكري السوداني في مجال المكتبات والمعلومات غطَى إلى حد كبير كل مجالات التخصص ، كما يلاحظ مسايرته للتوجهات الحديثة في المجال المكتبات والمعلومات كما تفاوتت نسب إسهام أعضاء هيئة التدريس بتفاوت درجاتهم العلمية، فالأكثر إنتاجية هم الحاصلون على درجة أستاذ (بروفيسور)، يليهم الأساتذة المشاركون، ثم الأساتذة المساعدون، والأقل إنتاجية هم المحاضرون ثم مساعدو التدريس، وهذا مؤشر لتأثير الدرجة العلمية على حجم الإنتاج الفكري ، كما ظهر معظم الإنتاج باللغة العربية بنسبة (98.5% ) ، وهذا أمر طبيعي يتسق مع اعتماد اللغة العربية لغةً للبحث والدراسة في السودان.

Title : Analysis of the intellectual production of the staff members at the Departments of library and information sciences in the Sudan: bibliometric Study

This study aims to analyze the intellectual production of the staff members of libraries and information Sciences in the field in the Sudanese Universities in the period (1970-2015), So as to find out the constructive in the find of libraries and information sciences in the Sudan .

The Study aimed also to know the effect of level of the degrees of staff members on the volume of their published intellectual production.

To achieve these goals the researcher has used the Bibliometric method because it is statistical quantitative methods in the theoretical framework of the study.

The study included four chapters the first of witch introduction presented the research problem, its questions, objectives and previous studies .

The second chapter is the theoretical framework, where the third chapter dealt with the analytical study , and finally the four chapter results.

The Sudanese intellectual production in the field of library and information sciences has covered large areas and is coring with modern trends in the field.

The rates of the contribution of the staff members very according go the level of these academic degrees . the most productive staff members were those productive staff members were those who have professor and then come associate professors who were followed by assistant professors the least intellectual production come from lectures and teaching assistants . this shown the effect of the level academic degree or the intellect production. The study also showed that the main language used in this production is Arabic language.
