دور سياسة الصين الخارجية في تطوير الاقتصاد السودانى للفترة من 1998م -2014م

تكمن اهمية هذا البحث من خلال هذا البحث على طبيعة السياسة الخارجية للصين باعتبارها قوة اقتصادية وعسكرية جديدة وناهضة ومؤثرا في مجمل العلاقات الدولية وفى مختلف القضايا على الصعيد الإقليمي والدولي , بالإضافة تطور العلاقات الصينية السـودانية مرت بمـراحـــــــل مختلـفة والتي ساهمت في تطوير العلاقات بين البلدين حتى اصبحت علاقـات اســتراتيجية شملت الاقتصادية والعسكرية . حاول الباحث الاجابة على التساؤل الرئيسي وهو معرفة الدور الذى تلعبه سياسة الصين الخارجية في تنمية وتطوير الاقتصاد السوداني . يقوم البحث على فرضية أساسية مفاداها ان الصين تتبع سياسة خارجية تتسم بالهدوء والتأني في المواقف وتجنب المواجهات ومشاركاً مع الدول العظمى في حل كثير من القضايا الاقليمية والعالمية ومسانداً للسودان في المحافل الدولية ضد الهيمنة الامريكية ,وكان لها الاثر في تطوير وتنمية المجالات الاقتصادية والسياسية والعسكرية . اتبع الباحث المنهج التاريخي في وصف الاحداث التي وقعت في الماضي ويؤكد على الاهمية النسبية للتفاعلات المختلفة، ايضا هناك المنهج الوصفي الذى يقوم على وصف الظواهر للوصول لأسباب هذه الظاهرة والعوامل التي تتحكم فيها واستخلاص النتائج لتقييمها . توصل الباحث الى اهم النتائج اهمها ان العلاقات السودانية الصينية تطورت بصورة كبيرة حتى اصبحت علاقات استراتيجية من خلال الاستثمارات الصينية الضخمة في السودان , ودخول الصين بثقلها في حل مشكلة دارفور في مجلس الامن والامم المتحدة . اهم توصيات الباحث في هذا البحث هو الاهتمام بزيادة الاستثمارات الصينية في السودان وانشاء مراكز بحثية متخصصة تهتم بتطوير العلاقات السودانية الصينية ليساهم ويساعد في اتخاذ القرارات الهامة كما لابد من الاهتمام بتدريس اللغة الصينية في الجامعات السودانية

Abstract The significance of this research through this research on the nature of China's foreign policy as a new and rising economic, military influential force in the overall international relations and various issues on the regional and international levels, as well as the development of Chinese-Sudanese relations have passed through different stages which contributed to the development of relations between the two countries till it became strategic relationships included economic and military field. The researcher tried to answer the main question which is what is the role played by China's foreign policy in the development of the Sudanese economy. The research relied basically on the assumption of that China pursues a foreign policy is characterized by calmness and deliberation in attitudes and avoid confrontations and participation with the great powers in resolving many regional and global issues and supporting Sudan in international forums against US hegemony where this had a great impact in the development of economic, political and military fields. Researcher followed the historical method to describe the events that occurred in the past and emphasizes the relative importance of different reactions ,besides the descriptive approach, which is based on the description of phenomena to reach the causes of this phenomenon and the factors that control them and draw conclusions for evaluation. The researcher found the most important to the most important results that the Sudanese-Chinese relations have evolved into large -scale even it become strategic relationships through the massive Chinese investment in Sudan, and China's weighed entry in solving the problem of Darfur in the Security Council and the United Nations. The most important recommendations of the researcher in this research is to increase interest in Chinese investment in Sudan and the creation of specialized research centers interesting in developing Chinese-Sudanese relations to contribute and help in making important decisions besides interesting in the teaching Chinese language in Sudanese universities.
