Abstract

Abstract ln recent decades, voluntary organizations have become according to different governmental systems is of great importance in the completion of development processes of social and economic change , from that dealtwith this research study, the subject of the role of NGOs in human development in the Kurdistan region of Iraq , promising research in youth development activities in Erbil Center a model for conducting the field study. The research aimed to identify the problems and that the main obstacles to the effective role of NGOs in awareness and education for young people in the Kurdish city of Arbil community and , in particular, knowing the development reached by the organizations of civil society in the city of Erbil level task. The researcher used the social survey method , this indicates from which the non -governmental organizations have contributed to the support of projects and programs for young people and create a common space of state institutions active in such programs to contribute , as the researcher noted the importance of -the economic dimension in the effectiveness of these programs and projects for youth. _ In the end , the researcher to the activation of specific recommendations and a development of the work of non- governmental organizations in the youth service , including: That society with all governmental and civil components must work to narrow the Goof among young people other than affiliation in the fields of joint activities , also he pointed to the establishment of joint activities between governmental and non-governmental organizations and official institutions of civil society to ease young people ‘s desire for Migration and alienation , He also pointed to the need to work on the production of studies and research in the field of youth work , a development professional work of NGOs in the future of the Kurdish and Iraqi society. .3
