الدور الإجتماعي والاقتصادية للهجرة الداخلية (دراسة حالة مشروع الجزيرة)

Abstract

المستخلص تناولت الدراسة الآثار الاجتماعية والاقتصادية الناتجة عن الهجرة بالتطبيق على مشروع الجزيرة، تمثلت مشكلة الدراسة هذه في مشروع الجزيرة، حيث أدى تفكك مشروع الجزيرة إلى خلق آثار اقتصادية مثل سوء الأحوال المعيشية وقلة فرص العمل هناك والتراجع الاقتصادي الواضح، مما نتج عنه تشرد العمال والإداريين والبحث عن فرص عمل أفضل خارج الولاية. هدفت الدراسة إلى معرفة الآثار الاجتماعية والاقتصادية لتدهور المشروع ، توضيح ومناقشة الأسباب التي عملت على هجرة العمال وأسرهم من مشروع الجزيرة، ومعرفة الآثار التي نتجت عن التغيرات الهيكلية في إدارات مشروع الجزيرة، معرفة الآثار الاقتصادية والاجتماعية التي أفرزتها الهجرة من مشروع الجزيرة. استخدمت الدراسة منهج دراسة الحالة لمجتمع الأسر المهاجرين من مشروع الجزيرة بمحلية مدني لكي تتمكن من الحصول على نتائج الدراسة بموضوعية حيث قامت الباحثة باختبار عينة قصدية، حيث تم تحديد الأسر التي سوف يتم توزيع استمارات الاستبيان عليها. توصلت الدراسة إلى عدد من النتائج أهمها أن تدهور مشروع الجزيرة أدى إلى هجرة كثير من الموظفين والاداريين العاملين بالمشروع والبحث عن فرص عمل أفضل لتحسين أوضاعهم الاقتصادية، وقد أجابت أفراد عينة الدراسة بأن هنالك تدني في أجرة المقاولة واليوميات للعاملين، و ضيق الأحوال المعيشية لأسر العاملين بالمشروع، وما ذلك الإ بسبب التغيرات الادارية على زيادة معدلات الهجرة من مشروع الجزيرة.

Abstract The study dealt with the social and economic impacts resulting from immigration by applying to the jazeera scheme This study problem was represented in the jazeera scheme, where the disintegration of the jazeera scheme created economic effects such as poor living conditions, lack of job opportunities there and a clear economic decline, which resulted in the displacement of workers and administrators and the search for Better job opportunities outside the state. The study aimed to know the social and economic effects of the deterioration of the project, to clarify and discuss the reasons that led to the migration of workers and their families from the jazeera scheme, to know the effects that resulted from the structural changes in the departments of the jazeera scheme, and to know the economic and social effects that migration resulted from the jazeera scheme. The study used a case study approach for the community of immigrant families from the Al-Jazeera scheme in Madani locality in order to be able to obtain the results of the study objectively, as the researcher tested an intentional sample, where the families to which the questionnaire will be distributed were identified. The study found a number of results, the most important of which is that the deterioration of the jazeera scheme has led to the emigration of many employees and administrators working on the project and the search for better job opportunities to improve their economic conditions. And so on, except due to administrative changes to increase immigration rates from the jazeera scheme.
