الأَحْكَامُ التَّرْبَوِيَّةُ الوَارِدَةُ فِي الخَمْسَ آَيَات الأُولَى مِنْ سُوَرِهُ المَائِدَةِ

Abstract

المُسْتَخْلَصُ إِنَّ الهَدَفُ الرَّئِيسُ مِنْ هَذَا البَحْثِ هُوَ اِبْتَدَأَتْ السُّورَةَ بِالحَدِيثِ عَنْ بَعْضٍ الأَحْكَامِ الشَّرْعِيَّةِ التربوية وَأُهِمُّهَا أَحْكَامُ العُقُودِ وَالذَّبَائِحُ وَالصَّيْدُ وَأَمَرَتْ بالاستقامه وَالعَدْلُ وَذَلِكَ لِبَيَانِ الحَلَالِ وَالحَرَامِ مُذَكَّرٌ بِنَعَمْ اللهُ عَلَى عُبَّادِهُ بالهدايه اِلِي الإِسْلَامُ زكرت مِنْ الأَحْكَامِ الشَّرْعِيَّةِ قُتِلَ الصَّيْدُ فِي حَالِهِ الأَحْرَامُ وَآنٌ اللهُ تَعَالَى قَدْ جَعَلَ الكَعْبَةُ قِيَامًا لِلنَّاسِ وَأَنَّهُ رَكَّزَ فِي القُلُوبِ تَعْظِيمُهَا وَكَانَ مَنْهَجَ البَحْثِ هُوَ المَنْهَجُ الاستقرائي وَقَدْ أَشَارَتْ نَتَائِجُ هَذَا البَحْثِ اِلِي إِكْمَالُ الدِّينِ وَإِتْمَامُ النِّعْمَةِ لِهَذِهِ الأُمَّةُ وَالضَّبْطُ العَامُّ لِلأَنْوَاعِ المُحَرَّمَةِ مِنْ الطُّيُورِ وَالحَيْوَانَاتِ وَرَفْعُ الإِثْمِ عَنْ مِمَّنْ اِضْطَرَّ اِلِي أُكُلٌ. مِنْ المُحَرَّمَاتُ وَبِنَاءً عَلَى نَتَائِجِ هَذَا البَحْثِ قِدَمٌ البَاحِثُ مِنْ التَّوْصِيَاتِ وَالمُقْتَرَحَاتُ الاِهْتِمَامُ بِالأَحْكَامِ الشَّرْعِيَّةِ الَّتِي وَرَدَتْ فِي هَذَا البَحْثِ وضوره العَوْدَةُ اِلِي كِتَابُ اللهِ وَالاِهْتِدَاءُ بِهِ وَالعَمَلُ بِمَا جَاءَ فِيهِ مِنْ أَحْكَامٍ Abstract The main objective of this research is begun suratalking about some of the legal provisions and the most important provision of the contracts and sacrifices fishing and or hered righteousness and justice so as to indicate Halal and Haram memorandum yes God Almighty for His slaves with guidance to islam zachart of rulings kill fishing in the state of lhram and the God has made the kaaba standing for beople and he focused in the research methodology is the methodology induction has indicated the results of this research to the completion of the debt and the completion of grace for nation and public control of the types of forbidden of birds animals and raise wickedness for those who were forced to eat something taboo and based on the results of this research presented researcher Altsusiat and proposals concern the sharia provisions contaied in this research and the need to return to the book of Allah and be guided by the work including stating the provisions .
