أثر مناخ الاستثمار في جذب الاستثمارات الأجنبية المباشرة في السودان (دراسة حالة تعدين الذهب خلال الفترة من 2008م – 2018م)

Abstract

مستخلص تناول البحث اثر مناخ الاستثمار في جذب الاستثمارات الأجنبية المباشرة في السودان خلال الفترة 1997 – 2014م، وقد تمثلت مشكلة البحث في معرفة التحديات التي تواجه الاستثمارات الأجنبية في السودان ووضع الحلول المناسبة لها. وتتمثل أهمية البحث في الدور الكبير الذي يلعبه مناخ الاستثمار في جذب الاستثمارات الأجنبية المباشرة، والتي تساهم في عملية التنمية الاقتصادية. وقد قام البحث على فروض عدة من أهمها: السياسات الاقتصادية الكلية في السودان لا توفر المناخ الملائم للاستثمار. وقد اتبع البحث المنهج الوصفي التحليلي من خلال جمع البيانات والمعلومات ومقارنتها وتحليلها ومن ثم التوصل إلى نتائج وتوصيات. توصل البحث إلى عدة نتائج أهمها: الاستثمار الأجنبي المباشر يلعب دوراً هاماً وبتأثير كبير واضح على التنمية الاقتصادية في السودان ، وذلك من واقع نماذج الاستثمارات الأجنبية المباشرة. أثبتت الدراسة أن تعدين الذهب يعتبر من القطاعات الهامة والتي لها دور كبير في التنمية في السودان، واثر ايجابي على الاقتصاد السوداني، ومساهمة حقيقية في التنمية الاقتصادية من البلاد. وقد جاءت أهم التوصيات: العمل على تحسين مناخ الاستثمار، وضع إستراتيجية للتحرك نحو إعادة تطبيع علاقات السودان مع كافة المؤسسات والهيئات المالية والاقتصادية العالمية وخاصة مع الدول الكبرى ،العمل علي صناعة قطاعات جاذبة للاستثمار. Abstract The study dealt with the impact of the investment climate in attracting foreign direct investment in Sudan during the period 1997 - 2014. The problem of research was to know the challenges facing foreign investments in Sudan and to find appropriate solutions. The importance of research is the role played by the investment climate in attracting foreign direct investment, which contributes to the economic development process. The research is based on several hypotheses, the most important of which are: The macroeconomic policies in Sudan do not provide the suitable environment for investment. The research followed the analytical descriptive method by collecting, comparing and analyzing data and information, and then reaching conclusions and recommendations. The research reached several results, the most important of which are: Foreign direct investment plays an important role and has a significant impact on the economic development of the Sudan, from the models of foreign direct investment. The study proved that gold mining is one of the important sectors that have a major role in the development of Sudan, and a positive impact on the Sudanese economy, and a real contribution to the economic development of the country. The most important recommendations were: Working to improve the investment climate. Develop a strategy to move towards the normalization of Sudan's relations with all international financial and economic institutions and bodies, especially with the major powers. Working on the industry sectors attractive for investment.
