إستخدام شجرة القرار في التنبؤ بإختيار مهن المسرحين ما بعد التسريح وإعادة الدمج في الحياة المدنية بالتطبيق علي ولايتي جنوب كردفان والنيل الأزرق .

Abstract

المستخلص هدفت هذه الدراسة الي التنبوء بسلوك وإتجاهات قدامي المحاربين (المسرحين) و إدماجهم في الحياة المدنية وفق رغبات المسرحين من خلال الحزم الإقتصادية التي تقدم لهم ، وبموجبها يتنقل المسرحون الي منتجون ومساهمون في الإقتصاد القومي أو اضافة حقيقية للخدمة المدنية سواء في مجال التعليم أو الخدمات الصحية من خلال مؤهلاتهم العلمية ، توصل الباحث الي أن غالب رغبات واتجاهات المسرحين كانت إقتصادية ومتفاوتة من حيث النسب ، الزراعة بشقيها المطري والمروي ، تربية الحيوان بتصنيفاتها تربية أبقارCattle Rearing ،Sheep Rearing تربية ضأن ،Goat rearing تربية ماعز والتجارة Small Business بالإضافة الي التوظيف الحكومي وفي الحقل الطبي ، مواصلة التعليم وازالة الألغام ، توصل الباحث الي هذه المعلومات من خلال استخدام أدوات تنقيب البيانات متمثلة في أداة الوظائف المضافة الي أوفيس2007 Add-ins Sql2008 ومايكروسوفت اكسل2007 و SQL Server 2008 ومن خلال هذه الأدوات استخدام تقنية التصنيف منها خورازمية شجرة القرار وتقنية العناقيد وخوارزمية K-Means ، يوصي الباحث الي ضرورة إستخدام الطرق العلمية في عمليات نزع السلاح والتسريح وإعادة الدمج مثل قواعد البيات والتنقيب عن البيانات لتسهيل عملية نقل المسرح من عكسري الي مدني بصورة علمية مدروسة .

Abstract This research aimed to predict by the Ex-combatants’ behavior and motivation on resettlement locations and reintegration in order to reintegrate them in civilian life ,The research aimed to specify the location of reintegration ex-combatants through the reintegration packages which deliver and transform them from jobless to productive people and contribute to the national economy for the country or through the employment or government office according to their qualifications, the researcher reached the majority of the Ex-combatants opted Agriculture ,Livestock ,Small Business ,Government Office, Medical, Education and Demining as reintegration Options ,Researcher used in his analysis data the methodology of data mining via some tools of data mining analysis like Sqlserver2008 std ,Add-ins sql server 2008 and Excel 2007 ,the analysis built by using classification, clustering tools specially decision tree and K-means algorithms ,the Researcher recommended DDR to use and implement the scientific methodologies for all DDR steps disarmament, demobilization like data base and data mining to facilitate transformation of ex-combatant from soldier to civilian by scientific method .
