هدف البحث الحالي لمعرفة التفاؤل وعلاقته بالكفاءة الذاتية للمصابات بسرطان الثدي بالمركز القومي للعلاج بالأشعة، ولتحقيق ذلك اتبعت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي الارتباطي وتم تطبيق مقياس التفاؤل من إعداد الباحثة ومقياس الكفاءة الذاتية حياة أحمد محمد حسن، على عينة بلغ حجمها (100) مصابة تم اختيارها بالطريقة العشوائية البسيطة وبعد جمع البيانات تم تحليلها باستخدام برنامج الجزمة الإحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية برنامج (SPSS) واعتمد على المعادلات الآتية اختبار (ت) لمجتمع واحد ولعينتين مستقلتين وتحليل التباين الأحادي وارتباط بيرسون ومعامل الفاكرونباخ وتوصلت إلى النتائج الآتية: يتسم التفاؤل للمصابات بسرطان الثدي بالانخفاض كما تتميز الكفاءة الذاتية بالارتفاع ولا توجد علاقة ارتباطية بين التفاؤل والكفاءة الذاتية للمصابات بسرطان الثدي وتوجد فروق في التفاؤل للمصابات بسرطان الثدي تبعاً للحالة الاجتماعية لصالح المتزوجات ولا توجد فروق في التفاؤل للمصابات بسرطان الثدي تبعاً للعمر والمستوى التعليمي وعلى ضوء هذه النتائج وضعت الباحثة عدد من التوصيات أهمها ضرورة عمل برامج ثقافية ونفسية ودينية تهدف لمعرفة فوائد التفاؤل.

Abstract

The aim of the current research to find optimism and its relationship to the self-efficacy of women with breast cancer at the National Center for Radiotherapy, To achieve this, the researcher followed the descriptive, relational approach, and the optimism scale was applied by the researcher and the self-efficacy measure was the Hayat Ahmed Mohamed Hassan, On a sample of (100) infected women, selected intentionally, and after data collection, they were analyzed using the SPSS program (SPSS).She relied on the following parameters: (T) test for one community and two independent samples, mono-variance analysis, Peron correlation and Fakronbach coefficient, and reached the following results: It relied on the following factors: (T) test for one community and two independent samples, mono-contrast analysis, Peron correlation and Fakronbach coefficient and reached the following results: Optimism for women with breast cancer is low and self-efficacy is high. There is no correlation between optimism and the self-efficacy of women with breast cancer, there are differences in optimism for women with breast cancer, depending on the social situation in favor of married women, and there are no differences in optimism for women with breast cancer, according to age and educational level. n the light of these results, the researcher made a number of recommendations, including attention to breast cancer patients and the pursuit of knowing their goals and ambition and how to achieve them, and the necessity of cultural.
