فاعلية برنامج إرشاد نفسي لخفض الإكتئاب لدى المصابين بالفشل الكلوي بمركز العيلفون لغسيل الكلى

Abstract

المستخلص هدف هذا البحث الى التعرف على فاعلية برنامج دعم نفسي لخفض الإكتئاب لدى مرضى الفشل الكلوي وذلك على ضوء عدد من المتغيرات وهي النوع والعمر ومدة استمرار الغسيل. وإستخدمت الباحثة المنهج شبة التجريبي من خلال تصميم مجموعة واحدة مع قياسين قبلي وبعدي وقد شملت المجموعة التجريبية على (20) مريض منهم (13) زكور، و(7) إناث ، تم إختيارهم بالطريقة القصدية ، ولجمع البيانات حول متغيرات البحث إستخدمت الباحثة إستمارة المعلومات الأولية من تصميم الباحثة ، ومقياس بيك للإكتئاب من إعداد ارون تي بيك ، و برنامج الدعم النفسي من إعداد الباحثة ، وإستخدمت الباحثة برنامج الحزم الإحصائية للعلوم الإجتماعية (SPSS ) في تحليل نتائج البحث واستخدمت عدد من الأساليب الإحصائية المختلفة في الإختيار وإستخدمت إختبار (ت) لعينتين مستقلتين، المتوسطات الحسابية والإنحراف المعياري ، معامل إرتباط بيرسون ، إختبار الفاكرونباخ ، إختبار (انوقا) تحليل التباين الأحادي ، معامل إرتباط بيرسون ، وقد أسفر البحث عن عدد من النتائج تمثلت في تميز الإكتئاب لدى مرضى الفشل الكلوي بالإرتفاع بمركز العيلفون لغسيل الكلى ، توجد فروق بين درجتي الإختبار القبلي والإختبار البعدي لصالح الإختبار البعدي بمركز العيلفون لغسيل الكلى ، لا توجد فروق في درجة الإكتئاب تبعا لمتغير النوع بمركز العيلفون لغسيل الكلى ، لا توجد فروق في درجة الإكتئاب تبعا لمتغيرالعمر بمركز العيلفون لغسيل الكلى ، لا توجد فروق في درجة الإكتئاب تبعا لمتغير مدة إستمرار الغسيل بمركز العيلفون لغسيل الكلى . وشملت التوصيات التوعية بخطورة مشكلة الإكتئاب لدى المرضى ومايمكن أن تسببه من مشكلات صحية ،وعمل ندوات بمراكز غسيل الكلى لتوعية أسر المرضى بالظروف النفسية للمريض، عمل برامج إعلامية لتوعية المواطنين بكيفية الإصابة بالفشل الكلوي وكيفية الوقاية منه . ABSTRACT “This study aimstoassess “theeffectiveness of the propsed psychological counseling alleviates depression among renalfailure patients in EIfon canter for dialysis. Effectiveness of psychological counseling programme to reduce depression for patients with renal failure.The objective of this study isto identify the effective of psychological counseling programme reduce depression in patients with renal failure according to a number of variables, namely age, gender and duration of dialysis in EIfon canter for dialysis. The researcher used the semi-experimental method through the design of one group with before and after measurements. The experimental group included 20 patients (13) males and (7) femles. To collect the data on the research variables, the researcher use tools the initial information form (personal data form) designed by the researcher, Peck Depression Scale (peck scale is prepared by Aaron T. Beck,) Psychological counseling programme desgined by researcher. Statistical methods used in the research the researcher used the Statistical Packages for Social Sciences (SPSS) programme to analyze the results of the research and determine the impact and effectiveness of the psychological counseling programme in alleviating depression in patients with chronic renal failure. The statistical methods included the Test (T) for two independent samples, arithmetical averages and standard deviation. Pearson correlation coefficient.- Testing of Al-Fakher and Nakh. Anova analyzing analysis - Pearson correlation coefficient, the study resulted Depression in patients with renal failure is highly prevelant inEIfon canter for dialysis. There are differences between the pre-test and the post-test results in favour of post test results inEIfon canter for dialysis. There are no differences in the degree of depression depending on the gender variable inEIfon canter for dialysis. There are no differences in the degree of depression depending on the age variable in EIfon canter for dialysis. There are no differences in the degree of depression according to the variable duration of the dialysis inEIfon canter for dialysis Recommendations in research the Awareness of the patients about the danger of depression & what it can cause of health problems.To do seminars in dialysis center to aware patient’s family about the psychology of the patient, To do media programs to educate the people about renal failure & how they can prevent it.
