دور التقنية في تطوير الأداء المصرفي بالمصارف السودانية "دراسة تطبيقية على بنك فيصل الإسلامي السوداني في الفترة 2005 م - 2015

Abstract

استهدفت هذه الدراسة معرفة دور التقنية الحديثة في تطوير الأداء بالمصارف السودانية، بالتطبيق على بنك فيصل الإسلامي السوداني ( 2005 م- 2015 م). تكمن مشكلة الدراسة في معرفة إلى أي مدى استفادت المصارف السودانية من التقنية الحديثة. وافترضت الدراسة وجود علاقة بين استخدام التقنية المصرفية وتطوير الأداء المصرفي في بنك فيصل الإسلامي السوداني، وأن للتقنية المصرفية دور في زيادة النشاط .( SPSS) المصرفي. اتبعت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي لتحليل بيانات الاستبانة باستخدام برنامج وتوصلت الدراسة إلى عدة نتائج منها أن استخدام التقنية الحديثة في المصارف وفر الجهد والمال والوقت و  جو  دة الخدمة المقدمة للعملاء. كما أوصت الدراسة بعدة توصيات أهمها: احكام التنسيق بين المصارف وشركات الاتصال والاهتمام بالتدريب التقني المتقدم للعاملين بالمصارف. ABSTRACT: This study aimed to examine the impact of modern technology in developing the performance of Sudanese banks; whereas Faisal Islamic Bank-Sudan was chosen as a case study. The study problem attempted to explore how Sudanese banks have benefited from modern technology. The study assumes the existence of a relationship between the usage of modern technology and the development of the bank performance in Faisal Islamic Bank-Sudan; as well as assuming that the banking technology has a crucial role in increasing banking activities. The study adopted the descriptive analytical method in analyzing the questionnaire data through using the Statistical Package for Social Sciences Program (SPSS). The study main results indicated that the use of modern technology in banks reduces the efforts; money; time; and quality of service provided for their customers. The study calls for more coordination between banks and communication companies; as well as giving more attention for advanced technical training for bankers
