دور التعليم التقني في التنمية الإقتصادية في السودان

Abstract

المستخلص تناول البحث دور التعليم التقني في التنمية الاقتصادية في السودان بالتطبيق على كلية الجريف شرق التقنية، تمثلت مشكلة البحث ما مدى مساهمة التعليم التقني في زيادة معدلات التنمية الاقتصادية وهل يجد التعليم التقني الاهتمام الكافي لتوفير فرص عمل، هدف البحث للتعرف على واقع التعليم التقني وما يعانيه من مشكلات ومعرفة أهميته بالنسبة للدولة. افترض البحث أن التعليم التقني يؤثر إيجابياً على التنمية الاقتصادية، وأن هنالك علاقة بالكلية التقنية بسوق العمل. انتهج البحث والمنهج الوصفي التحليلي لوصف وتحليل البيانات المتعلقة بدراسة الحالة. تم الاعتماد على مصادر أولية باستخدام الاستبيان لدراسة الحالة ومصادر ثانوية، حيث تم توزيع (75) استمارة عشوائيا تمثل 10%من مجتمع البحث، (50) استمارة للخريجين، و(25) لأعضاء هيئة التدريس. توصل البحث إلى أن التعليم التقني يساهم في زيادة معدلات التنمية وزيادة معدلات التشغيل الدخول، قلة التمويل من أهم المشاكل التي تواجه التعليم التقني وهنالك ازدواجية في المعايير بين التعليم التقني والأكاديمي. ويوصي البحث بضرورة الاهتمام بالتعليم التقني وذلك من شانه ان يزيد من معدلات التنمية الاقتصادية ويساهم في نهضة الاقتصاد بالبلاد ، ضرورة العمل علي زيادة التمويل المقدم للتعليم التقني وحل المشكلات التي تواجهه. The research examined the role of technical education in economic development in Sudan's, application to the Al-Jarif Shreq Technical College, the research problem represented in the extend of contribution of technical education in increasing economic development rates and whether technical education find enough attention to create jobs, the aim of research to identify reality of technical education, its problems and its importance for the State. Research assumed that technical education a positively impact on economic development, and there is a relationship between College of Technology and the labor market. The research followed the descriptive analytical method to describe and analyze the data of case study. Has been relying on primary sources using a questionnaire in case study and secondary sources, were (75) questionnaires randomly distributed form accounted for 10% of the research community, (50) for graduates, and (25) faculty members. The research found that technical education contribute to increased rates of development , employment and incomes, lack of funding of the most important problems facing technical education, there is a double standard between technical and academic education. research recommend that the need for attention to technical education and that would increase the rate of economic development and contributes to the renaissance of the country's economy, funding must be increase for technical education and solving the problems faces it.
