تطبيق اندرويد لنظام الاجازة و الإعارة والانتداب للموظفين (بالتطبيق على جامعة القران الكريم والعلوم الاسلامية)

Abstract

المستخلص ساهمت التقنية في تطور العلم وتطبيقاته التقنية بسرعة كبيرة وجعلته مختلفاً عن الامس فاصبحت تطبيقات الهواتف الذكية تستخدم في المعاملات اليومية في المؤسسات و المستشفيات و الجامعات و غيرها. عند تقديم الموظف في جامعة القران الكريم والعلوم الإسلامية لاجازة او اعارة او انتداب او أي خدمة أخرى يمر بسلسلة طويلة من الإجراءات الروتينية الورقية التي تضيع كثير من الوقت و الجهد. مع العولمة اصبح لازماً التحول نظام الكتروني يوفر الخدمات للموظفين لانجاز كل المعاملات المطلوبة باسهل الطرق عبر الهاتف الزكي او الحاسوب. تهدف الدراسة الى بناء تطبيق اندرويد يمكن الموظفين من التقديم للخدمات وتوفير معلومات للإجراءات من خلال تطبيق ذكي وذلك باستخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي ولغة النمذجة الموحدة (uml) كاداة تحليل واستخدام لغة جافا في الجوانب البرمجية و (xml)، في تصميم الواجهات و قاعدة بيانات سريعة (sql lite) . تمكنا من خلال التطبيق لنظام إجراءات التقديم للخدمات بكل سهولة ويسر والسماح بمتابعة سير الإجراءات بالنظام.

Abstract

Technology contributed to the development of science and its technical applications very quickly and made it different from yesterday, so smart phone applications have become used in daily transactions in institutions, hospitals, universities and others. When the employee in the University of the Holy Quran and Islamic Sciences offers a license, loan, assignment, or any other service, he goes through a long series of paper-based routines that waste a lot of time and effort. With globalization, transformation has become necessary, an electronic system that provides services to employees to complete all required transactions in the easiest way via a smart phone or computer. The study aims to build an Android application that enables employees to apply for services and provide information for procedures through a smart application, using the descriptive analytical approach and unified modeling language (uml) as a tool for analyzing and using the Java language in software aspects and (xml), in interface design and a fast database ( sql lite). We were able through the application of the procedures for the provision of services system with ease and ease and allow the follow-up of the procedures of the system.
