تطوير نظام معاينة تحريرية للخريجين بلجنة الإختيار دراسة حالة بولاية النيل الازرق

Abstract

مستخلص البحث:- يهدف البحث في الحلول للمشاكل التي تم التطرق عليها في البحث والحل التامللنظام اليدوي الذي قد يتعرض للتلف والضياع وعدم الحصول علي المعلومات في الوقت المناسب واسترجاع المعلومات التاريخية التي تنساعد الادارة في اتخاذ القرارات المستقبلية لذلك نعمل علي انشاء نظام الكتروني يحتوي علي كل المعلومات التي تساعد الخريجين في الجلوس على الامتحان التحريري للترشح للقبول في الخدمة المدنية حسب قانون الخدمة المدنية ويشمل معلومات عن الجامعات السودانية التي تخرج منها الخريجين والكليات التي درسوا فيها بالاضافة للتخصصات العامة والدقيقة بحيث يسمح النظام للخريج الدخول للنظام من خلال كلمة المرور المستخلصة من المعلومات الشخصيصة للخريج من خلال الحصر في المرحلة الاولي ومن ثم يختار الخريج الجامعة التي درس منها والكلية والتخصص ونوع الوظيفة المقدم لها وبناء علي هذه المعلومات تسمح له الدخول الي شاشة الامتحانات الرئسية وتكون الامتحانات التحريرية مرفقة في في شكل ملف ويرد(DOCUMENT)ويقوم بتحميل الملف وحل الاسئلة ومن ثم رفعها في النظام وتقوم اللجنة بعرض كل الملفات من خلال التخصصات المختلفة وتعرض للجان المتخصصة للتصحيح ومن ثم رفع النتائج علي الموقع مباشرة وبناء علي هذه النتائج يتم الترشيح للامتحان العملي في تخصصه بواسطة اشراف اللجان المتخصصه في المجالات المختلفة ويتم تصميم النظام بلغة PHPواستخدام المفاهيم الحديثة في النظام لتسهيل عملية الاختيار في التعامل مع النظام بسهولة لما في هذه اللغة من المرونة والسهولة في التعامل التي توفرها التقنيات التي تعمل بها مثل تقنيةAjax في اختيار القوائم المنسدلة وبهذا النظام يكون قد ساعد الادارة في توفير المعلومات وتسهيل عملية الفرز والاختيار.
