نظام إلكتروني لإدارة الأشعة الطبية دراسة حالة ( مستشفى الفيصل التخصصي )

Abstract

المستخلص يعتبر نظام معلومات الأشعة بأنه عبارة عن أنظمة حاسوبية متكاملة تقوم بتخزين الصور الطبية المختلفة ومعالجتها وتوزيعها وعرضها علي مزودين الخدمة الصحية ذوي الاختصاصات بشكل رقمي ويرتبط هذا النظام مع الأجهزة الطبية في المستشفى ويتكامل مع الأجهزة الأخرى وتكمن فكرة هذا البحث في بناء نظام إلكتروني لإدارة الأشعة الطبية لمستشفى الفيصل التخصصي وذلك لحل مشاكل النظام اليدوي وصعوبة الحصول علي موعد مع احتمال وجود اعداد كبيرة من المرضى في الانتظار وصعوبة التبادل الالكتروني ويقوم هذا النظام بتخزين الصور الطبية المختلفة ومعالجتها وتوزيعها وعرضها علي مزودين الخدمة الصحية ذوي الاختصاصات بشكل رقمي ويهدف هذا البحث الى جدولة مواعيد المرضي وإدارة قوائم الانتظار حيث يكون لكل مريض تاريخ ووقت محدد لإجراء الاشعة وسهولة الاستعلام عن انواع الاشعة الموجودة واسعارها مما يوفر الوقت والجهد للمريض وتوفير قاعدة بيانات للمرضى والاطباء والتقنيين لإضافة بيانات واسترجاع وتوفير طرق عديدة للبحث والتبادل الالكتروني للمعلومات الطبية وربط التقارير مع سجل المريض لعرض وطباعة تقارير تفصيلية عن انواع واعداد الاشعة التي تم إجراؤها للمريض كما يعطي سهولة في اعداد وطباعة التقارير المنهج المستخدم في هذا البحث هو وصفى حيث يقوم بوصف كل عنصر من عناصر النظام بصوره تفصيليه كما تم استخدام لغة النمذجة الموحدة UML في التحليل التي تعطى وصفا تفصيلا للكينونات وخصائصها وعلاقاتها وكذلك من الادوات المستخدمة في البحث لتصميم النظام مجموعه من اللغات وهى Adf و HTML5 وتم ربطها مع قاعده البيانات اوراكل, وتوصل البحث الى مجموعه من النتائج وهي توفير الوقت والجهد حيث يقوم هذا النظام بجدولة مواعيد المرضى وإدارة قوائم الانتظار ,كما يمكن استلام التقرير عن طريق الايميل ويمكن للأطباء مشاهدة الصور في أي مكان في المستشفى وهنالك العديد من التوصيات تبني النظام وتنفيذه وتطويره وتوفير الإمكانات اللازمة له ليحقق أهداف المجال الصحي ويدعم فكرة نظم المعلومات الاشعة وليدعم نظام الاندرويرد للهواتف النقالة .
