دراسة مقارنة بمستشفي بشائر بولاية الخرطوم لنيل درجة الماجستير في علم النّفس

Abstract

الملخص هدف هذا البحث لمعرفة مدى فعالية البرنامج المعرفي السلوكي لخفض الاكتئاب لدى مرضي الايدز لخفض الاكتئاب لدى المصابي بمرض الايدز وذوره في خفض الاكتئاب بعد تطبيق البرنامج وفقاً لمتغير العمر اتبعت الباحثة المنهج التجريبي ولجمع البيانات استخدمت مقياس الاكتئاب وقدمت برنامج سلوكي معرفي تم تطبيقه على عينة بلغ حجمها (20) مريض وبعد تفريغ البيانات وتحليلها توصلت للنتائج الاتية: 1. توجد فروق بين متوسطات رتب افراد المجموعة التجريبية ومتوسطات رتب افراد المجموعة الضابطة على مقياس الاكتئاب لدى مرضي الايدز بمستشفي بشائر بولاية الخرطوم بعد تطبيق البرنامج العلاجي لصالح البعدي. 2. توجد فروق داله إحصائياً بين ومتوسطات رتب افراد المجموعة التجريبية قبل تطبيق البرنامج ومتوسطات رتب نفس المجموعة بعد تطبيق البرنامج على مقياس الاكتئاب لدى مرضي الايدز بمستشفي بشائر بولاية الخرطوم 3. لا توجد فروق داله إحصائياً بين ومتوسطات رتب افراد المجموعة التجريبية في القياس البعدى ومتوسطات رتب نفس المجموعة على القياس التتبعي على مقياس الاكتئاب لدى مرضي الايدز بمستشفي بشائر بولاية الخرطوم. 4. توجد فروق دالة إحصائياً بين متوسطات رتب افراد المجموعة التجريبية ومتوسطات رتب افراد المجموعة التجريبية على مقياس الاكتئاب تبعا لمتغير العمر لدى مرضي الايدز بمستشفي بشائر بولاية الخرطوم. من ثم قامت الباحثة يوضع التوصيات والمقترحات التي قد تساهم في حل المشكلات المتعلقة بالمرضى وتخفيف حدة الضغوط النفسية. Abstract This research aimed to know the effectiveness of there by behavioral programmed to decrease the depression and to know the differences to the Aids patients after applying implementing the programmed according to the age to know the differences. The researcher used experimental curriculum to collect the data she used the depression measure. And she presented behavioral cognitive programmed Applied to sample of (20) patient the Results are: 1. There are differences between means rate the experimental group and means controlled group to depression measure to the Aids Patient Patent at Bas hear hospital at Khartoum state. 2. There are statistical differences between means experimental group before implementing the programme and means the same group alter implement the depression pressure to the Aids patient at Bashers hospital at Khartoum state. 3. There are statically differences and mean experimental group to the post test and means to the same group according to depression measure to the Aids Patient at Bashers hospital at Khartoum state. 4. There are statistical deferrals between the means rate experimental group and controlled group according to depression measure to the age at Aids Patient in Bashers Hospital at Khartoum state. The researcher put some recommendation and suggestions it may help solving the problems about the Aids Patients and help them to reduce the psychological Pressure.
