تنقيب بيانات مرضى الجلكوما دراسة حالة مستشفى مكة لطب العيون (فرع الكلاكلة)

Abstract

مستخلص البحث تنقيب البيانات يمكنها تصميم أوبناء تقنيات قادرة على دراسة العلاقه بين الأمراض و التي تلعب دورا في التشخيص الصحيح للأمراض من اجل الربط وتحديد مدي العلاقة بينها واهميتها . مع وجود كميات كبيره من البيانات عن الأمراض المزمنه أدى إلى الحوجه الملحه للأستفاده من التقنيات الحديثه لتنيظيم هذه البيانات وتحويلها الي معلومات مفيده يمكن الإستفاده منها يهدف هذا البحث لإستخدام الترابط للوصول لنتائج وقواعد جيدة في اسباب تأخرشفاء حالات الجلكوما والوصول الي نسبة شفاء ممتازة. في هذا البحث تم استخدام خوارزمية ( Aproiri ) وهي خوارزمية الترابط وذلك باستخدام مجموعة بيانات طبيه حقيقيه أخذت من إدارة مستشفى مكه للعيون حيث شملت علي 1000سجل طبي وعدد 17 حقل للحصول على افضل قواعد ترابط . أظهرت الدراسه معلومات جديدة وقيمة مثل التنبؤ بقدره المريض علي الرؤيه بعد العمليه ، اختم هذا البحث بعدد من التوصيات كإضافة بيانات جديدة او استخدام خوارزميات ترابط اخري غير المستخدمة في هذا البحث. مثل خوارزمية FP-Growthو Eclat.

Abstract Data techniques capable of studying the relationship between diseases that play a role in the correct diagnosis of diseases in order mining can design or build to link and determine the relationship between them and their importance. With the presence of large amounts of data on chronic diseases, there is an urgent need to take advantage of modern technologies to organize this data and turn it into useful information that can be used. This research aims to use interconnectedness to reach good results and rules in the causes of delay in the healing of cases of glaucoma to reach an excellent cure rate. In this research the algorithm (Aproiri), which is the correlation algorithm, was used, using data taken from the management of Makkah Eye Hospital , which included 1000 medical records and 17 fields to obtain the best correlation rules. The study revealed new and valuable information such as predicting the patient's ability to see after the operation. This research was included many recommendations Like adding new data or using other correlation algorithms that are not used in this research Like FP-Growth and Eclat algorithm.
