SCRUM TOOL FOR MANAGEMING REMOTE TEAM

Abstract

مستخلص البحث نناقش في هذا البحث إحدي المجالات المهمة في هندسة البرمجيات وهي إدارة فريق التطوير والتي يعتبر ركنا اساسيا في إدارة الموارد البشرية لإدارة مشاريع البرمجيات . نستخدم في هذا البحث واحدة من منهجيات التطوير السريع (scrum method) والتي بدورها توفر ممارسات ومبادئ تساعد في إدارة فريق التطوير الموزع جغرافيا و يشكل عدم تواجدهم في مكان واحد مشكلة كبيرة في التواصل ومتابعة العمل لإنتاج وتطوير برمجيات ذات جودة عالية. قمنا في هذا البحث بتصميم أداة عبارة عن Mobile Web Site بإستخدام لغة Asp.net mvc4 تساعد مدير فريق Scrum في إيجاد بيئة عمل مناسبة لأعضاء فريق التطوير حسب صلاحياتهم في المشروع . توفر هذة الأداة بيئة عمل لscrum master ،scrum owner ، project manger وتمكن مديرscrum من متابعة سير العمل وتوفر جميع إحتياجات فريق Scrum، كذلك تقوم بإزالة الحواجز الجغرافية إفتراضيا كما لو أنهم في مكان واحد.

Abstract We are discussing on this research one of the important Software Engineering areas which called Team Development Management that is a part of Human Resource Management in Software Project Management. We are using one of Agile method which is Scrum, That is offer practices supports managing distributed development team, one of the challenges in managing the distributed teams is following their work and progress. We designed in this research a mobile web-site tool by using Asp.net mvc4 to help Scrum Master in finding a suitable work-environment for development team depends on their privilege in project. This tool provide work-environment for (Scrum master, Scrum owner, project manager) to track the project activities and support the different scrum needs, in addition to eliminate the geographic barriers and provide virtual working environment.
