Abstract

ملخص البحث إن الصحة الإلكترونية هي طريقة لتقديم الخدمات الصحية بإستخدام وسائل الإتصال الحديثة من الحاسوب والشبكات والوسائط المتعددة من إجل إيصال الخدمة للمرضي بأسرع وقت وأقل تكلفة وبصورة تمكن من إدارة العملية الصحية وقياس وتقييم أداء المتعاملين مع نظام الصحة الإلكترونية. حيث إن مفهوم الحوسبة الحوسبة السحابية خلق تحدي جديد في دراسة الجدوي الإقتصادية لمشاريع أنظمة المعلومات وهذا ما يهدف الية البحث وهو محاولة تطوير أنظمة المستشفيات وإدارتها مركزيا للمساهمة بشكل فعال في تسهيل الخدمة الطبية والعملية الإدارية للمستشفيات بكفاءة عالية. ولإنجاز ذلك تم إستخدام لغة HTML لتصميم هيكلة الصفحات وAsp.net للربط الصفحات بقاعدة البيانات و cssلتنسيق الصفحات. وبناء" علي هذة النتائج فقد جاءت أهم التوصيات تتمثل في الإسراع في الأستفادة من مزايا الحوسبة السحابية من تخزين سحابي وغيرة في تطبيق مفهوم الأدارة المركزية والصحة الإلكترونية .Abstract
