Abstract

المستخلــــــــص: يتسم عصرنا الحالي بالتقدم العلمي والتقني الهائل والذي ساهم في إحداث كثير من التغيرات في شتي مجالات الحياة الإجتماعية والثقافية والإقتصادية والتربوية وغيرها وقد دخل مجتمعنا عصر التقنية من أوسع أبوابه فكان لابد لنا أن نجاري هذا التقدم لنستفيد من الميزات الكبيرة التي يقدمها عالم التكنولوجيا اليوم في شتى مجالات الحياة. تعد الإدارة العامة لمكافحة التهريب من أهم إدارات هيئة الجمارك وهي التي تقوم بكافة العمليات المتعلقة بالمخالفات الجمركية من حصر وتحديد لمواصفات الواردات الجمركية وعمل الإجراء اللازم حيالها ومن المشاكل التي أدت لقيام البحث الاعتماد على العنصر البشري الذي قد يخطئ في عدة مسائل، والبطء الشديد في العمل سواء في عملية معرفة المخالفات الجمركية أو استخراج المعلومات والتقارير. من الأهداف التي قام الباحث من أجلها بهذا البحث تقليل الوقت والجهد المبذول في الإستعلام عن المخالفات الجمركية المطلوبة، وأيضاً وجود قاعدة بيانات متكاملة ورفع مستوى تقنية المعلومات بصورة عامة. تتمثل أهمية البحث في زيادة السرعة في إنجاز المهام على مستوى الإدخال والإستفسار في المخرجات. أهم النتائج التي توصل إليها الباحث السرعة في عملية الحجوزات على الأصناف المخالفة وتسهيل أداء بعض العمليات والحصول على المعلومات بشكل أسرع.

Our era is characterized by tremendous scientific and technical progress, which has contributed to changes in various areas of educational, cultural, economic, social and other life. Our society has entered the technical era from widest range. We have had to make this progress to benefit from the great advantages offered by the world of technology today in various fields Life. The General Directorate for Combating Smuggling is one of the most important departments of the Customs Authority, which carries out all procedures related to customs violations. The problems that led to the research is to rely on the human element that may make mistakes on several issues, and the slow pace of work either in the process of identifying irregularities or extracting information and reports. The research aims to reduce the time and effort spent in inquiring about the required irregularities, as well as the existence of an integrated database and upgrading the level of information technology in general. The importance of research is to increase the speed in the completion of tasks at the level of input and inquiry in the outputs. The main findings of the researcher are the speed in the process of booking the infringing items and facilitate the performance of some operations and access to information faster.
